Van der Garde on top again at Spa
Giedo van der Garde predictably topped the day's second Formula Renault 3.5 practice session at Spa-Francorchamps
The Dutchman won the opening two rounds of the season at Monza last weekend and topped this morning's session by over half a second. He was quickest again this afternoon, although his advantage was cut to just a tenth of a second.
GP2 Asia race winner Marco Bonanomi was third fastest this morning and improved to second place in the afternoon run, closing the gap on van der Garde.
Salvador Duran, Robert Wickens, and Marcos Martinez had better sessions this afternoon, climbing from 14th, ninth, and 10th places to third, fourth, and fifth respectively.
Borja Garcia, who was runner-up in the championship in 2006, was sixth quickest for the second time today.
