The ending to last weekend's ABB FIA Formula E race at Mexico City simply could not have been any better had it been scripted.
After both Nissan e.dams drivers ran out of energy at the start of the final tour, dropping them from podium contention to 20th and 21st, longtime race leader Pascal Wehrlein's car hit 0% and shut down just 50 metres from the finish line.
