Sergio Sette Camara joins Motopark for 2015 European Formula 3
Brazilian karting star Sergio Sette Camara is the latest driver to join Motopark for the Formula 3 European Championship
This will be the 16-year-old's first full season in car racing, although he contested around half of last year's Brazilian F3 Championship, made a one-off Euro F3 appearance at Imola with EuroInternational, and took in the final two rounds of the 2015 Toyota Racing Series in New Zealand.
Sette Camara is the fourth driver on the roster at Motopark, which has already confirmed Briton Sam MacLeod, German F3 Cup champion Markus Pommer and Indian Mahaveer Raghunathan, who steps up from the Italian Formula 4 Championship.
Motopark boss Timo Rumpfkeil said: "We have all the means to make sure Sergio learns his ropes as quickly as possible.
"He has proven that he's quick enough to cut the mustard, and he's got the brain capacity to learn fast and adapt himself.
"Sure, 2015 is bound to be his apprenticeship, but he's got what it takes to make his way and we will play our part in that."
A fifth driver, Motopark's 2014 German F3 Cup runner-up Nabil Jeffri, has been reported as joining the squad for this season in his native Malaysian media, but has yet to be officially confirmed by the team.
This is the German squad's first full season in the top level of F3 since 2011. It will use Volkswagen power.
