Paul Ricard day 2: Rain hampers test
McLaren test driver Alex Wurz set the fastest time in testing at the Paul Ricard circuit today (Wednesday), but heavy rain curtailed the running of all present, meaning that few drivers set totally representative lap-times

Marc Gene was the busiest driver at the circuit, the Williams tester completing 38 laps and setting the second fastest time in the process. By contrast, Toyota's Olivier Panis and Ricardo Zonta only completed five laps each, with the Brazilian not event completing a full timed lap.
