Alpine follow in McLaren and Red Bull footsteps with new kit partner

Alpine has announced Castore as its new official team kit partner on a multi-year deal, with the partnership extending beyond providing apparel to the Formula 1 team.

British-based clothing brand Castore already works with McLaren and Red Bull, as well as a host of other teams across a wide genre of sports.

Its partnership with Alpine includes an agreement that will see Castore branding displayed on the squad’s pit stop gantry, with the “Castore Pit Crew” then taking care of tyre changes for Pierre Gasly and Jack Doohan.

Factory kit for the Enstone and Viry employees are also covered in the deal, as is Castore managing the Alpine official online store.

“We are very pleased to announce our exciting new partnership with Castore, which will enable us to elevate our teamwear, as well as improving the overall product offering we have available for dedicated fans of the team who represent us watching at home and at the race circuits we visit around the world,” said David Warren, global marketing director at Alpine.

“We look forward to working closely together with Castore to create exciting and unique ranges of clothing that will be available to our fans worldwide and we can’t wait to see them supporting us in our colours throughout the season.”

As well as the F1 team, Castore will produce apparel for Alpine Academy and Alpine Sim Racing, as the company continues to add more partners under its banner.

Alpinestars had previously kitted out the Alpine drivers race suits, while Kappa came on board in 2022 to supply off-track apparel for the drivers and operational teams.
