Raikkonen posts a 1m33.800s, before Vettel improves to a 1m33.534s. That initial Magnussen lap was very respectable by the looks of it.
Radio Comms
Stroll runs out wide and tells his team "I made a mistake".
Hamilton and Bottas have now headed out for Mercedes. No sign of either Red Bull, the two Renaults or Vandoorne yet.
His teammate Grosjean is four tenths off, while Sirotkin is 1.5s off the pace. Stroll has rolled out of his lap.
Stopwatch
The first time is on the board, and it's a 1m34.078s from Magnussen.
Information
All 13 drivers to have headed out so far are on the hypersofts.
The first sector times are in - Magnussen is three tenths up on Sirotkin and six tenths up on Stroll in sector one alone.

Vettel and Raikkonen have also headed out on track for Ferrari.
A Williams is first out on track, but it's not the one the local crowds want to see. Sirotkin and Magnussen then follow Stroll out.
Green flag
The 18-minute Q1 session is live.
It could be a curious qualifying session in that there's five drivers - the Red Bulls, the Toro Rossos and Alonso - resigned to starting at the back, but also that midfield teams might not be so inclined to advance to Q3 on hypersofts.

An all-Mercedes front row wouldn't be the very end of the world for Ferrari (it's a long run down to Turn 2, just ask Bottas) but it would be a bit of a disaster in terms of the Scuderia's hopes for the rest of 2018.
But of course, Ferrari was in a very similar situation heading into qualifying last time out in Singapore, and that didn't work very well at all – so Mercedes shouldn't be counting its chickens yet.
Mercedes have looked in ascendancy this weekend, ending Friday with a 1-2 and likewise comfortably leading Ferrari in this morning's third practice.
Welcome back to our live coverage of the Russian Grand Prix weekend in Sochi, where track action is set to resume with the first segment of qualifying in around 10 minutes' time.

Raikkonen was told to stop the car over the radio as he was about to exit his garage for a practice start too.
Information
Replays show the pitlane exit light turned red right as he approached the line, very fine margin there.
Vettel begins pushing the car back alone, as the Ferrari team sprints down the pitlane.
Yellow flag
Well this is an odd one - Ferrari sent Vettel out of the pits, but he didn't make it past the line before the session finished! So now he's hopping out of the car and trying to push it back to the garage. What a bizarre incident to end the session with.
Checkered flag
The chequered flag is out. Mercedes ends FP3 with a 1-2, with both Ferraris six tenths down on Hamilton.

Ricciardo finally gets a lap in on fresh hypersofts and takes sixth, bumping Leclerc down to seventh.
Information
1 Hamilton, 2 Bottas, 3 Vettel, 4 Raikkonen, 5 Verstappen, 6 Leclerc, 7 Magnussen, 8 Perez, 9 Sainz, 10 Ocon.
Perez moves up to eighth, Sainz, ninth.
Raikkonen improves again, getting traffic at the final corner, and like Vettel he is also six tenths down on Hamilton.
Twitter
Verstappen puts his Red Bull fifth.
Ocon goes seventh, behind Leclerc and Magnussen.
Vettel loses too much time by the end of the lap, and he crosses the line six tenths down - losing all that time in the final part of the circuit. There might be some promise for Ferrari there if that final sector performance was just down to tyre life though. Anyway, that has put Vettel up to third, ahead of Raikkonen.
Vettel is trying again, a fifth lap on this set of hypersofts, and he does a new fastest first sector. He loses time in the middle sector, but he's still marginally ahead of Hamilton at this stage of the lap.
