Around eight minutes to go and Grosjean's car is being worked on frantically. Stroll has just complained about losing grip with these tyres.

Latifi has a slide into the gravel at Turn 6 in the tricky conditions. He is currently back in 18th ahead of Russell and Grosjean - who is yet to set a lap and is still in the pits.

Last week's poleman Bottas fastest now with a 1m20.749s.
There was briefly a yellow flag for a spinning Albon at Turn 3. But he's gotten going again.

Radio Comms
Verstappen: "I can't see a thing."
Vettel goes onto his flying lap.
Twitter
Bottas has also been told rain is likely to get heavier soon.
Visibility is pretty low in the spray, as you'd expect.
Drivers scrabbling for grip as they apply the throttle on this outlap.
Green flag
Q1 goes green! Vettel has been told that rain will get heavier.
These early laps will be crucial if heavier rain is on the way. Also, should someone go off and bring out a red or yellow flag, timing could be everything.
Still three minutes till Q1 goes green and already there is a line headed by Vettel.
Great thing about the wet weather is it tends to throw up surprises in qualifying. After his heroics in Germany last year, I'd keep an eye on AlphaTauri's Kvyat for a strong result.
