1m18.188s for Hamilton. He's over half a second clear of the field now.
Sainz, meanwhile, has gone fastest with the first sub 1m19s lap - a 1m18.741s for the McLaren driver.
Five minutes to go in Q1. Russell, Perez, Gasly, Giovinazzi and Grosjean in the drop zone. Russell is out on a fresh set of wet tyres.
Bottas creeps ahead of Hamilton with a 1m19.637s - 0.050s covering the top three.
Vettel up to sixth in the Ferrari as Verstappen lights up the timing screens again in the Red Bull.
In the drop zone currently are Russell, Perez, Gasly, Giovinazzi and Grosjean.
Ocon back up to second in the Renault and just 0.023s behind Hamilton.
Around eight minutes to go and Grosjean's car is being worked on frantically. Stroll has just complained about losing grip with these tyres.
Latifi has a slide into the gravel at Turn 6 in the tricky conditions. He is currently back in 18th ahead of Russell and Grosjean - who is yet to set a lap and is still in the pits.
But it's Verstappen now in control with a 1m20.621s.
Last week's poleman Bottas fastest now with a 1m20.749s.
There was briefly a yellow flag for a spinning Albon at Turn 3. But he's gotten going again.
Again, though, not for long as Leclerc hits the front again with a 1m20.871s.
Hamilton lifts himself right up the order to go top with a 1m20.953s.
Verstappen now up to second and just under a tenth behind Leclerc.
But that was short-lived, as it's Leclerc in the sister Ferrari who takes over with a 1m21.857s.
Hamilton's track placement hasn't been great. He's only 19th at the moment. Grosjean is back in the pits as his Haas team-mate Magnussen goes third.
Bottas moves up to second. Latifi back to fourth ahead of Russell.
Giovinazzi demotes Russell with a 1m23.828s, but only briefly as Leclerc goes eight tenths clear with a 1m23.072s.
Vettel goes top with a 1m24.235s from Giovinazzi and Leclerc.
Grosjean has run off at Turn 4 on his outlap. He was the last out of the pits.
Drivers scrabbling for grip as they apply the throttle on this outlap.
Q1 goes green! Vettel has been told that rain will get heavier.
These early laps will be crucial if heavier rain is on the way. Also, should someone go off and bring out a red or yellow flag, timing could be everything.
Still three minutes till Q1 goes green and already there is a line headed by Vettel.
Great thing about the wet weather is it tends to throw up surprises in qualifying. After his heroics in Germany last year, I'd keep an eye on AlphaTauri's Kvyat for a strong result.
