Hamilton topped Q2 with a 1m17.825s from Verstappen, Norris, Bottas, Gasly, Ocon, Sainz, Albon, Ricciardo and Vettel. Those are your pole shootout contenders.
Well, my prediction of a surprise Kvyat result predictably backfired.

So Leclerc means, for the second week in a row, a Ferrari drops out in Q2. Russell, Stroll, Kvyat and Magnussen are also out.

Leclerc takes the flag and he doesn't improve. Leclerc is out of qualifying!
Stroll was about to kick Vettel out of Q2, but a mistake at Turn 9 scuppered his hopes.
It's not looking good for Leclerc in 11th.
Magnussen take the flag and stays 15th.

Leclerc has been told to "push". He needs this lap if he wants out of Q2.
Albon jumps up to seventh. Leclerc doesn't improve on 11th.

Hamilton, though, has gone fastest with a 1m17.825s.
Not many improvements coming in, suggesting conditions are indeed worse.
Vettel has gone back onto another lap and makes it through Turn 1 cleanly.
Replay of Vettel's moment shows he locked the front left tyre, which is what sent him off at Turn 1.
Verstappen has reported heavier rain. That might have decided this session.
Leclerc, Russell, Stroll, Kvyat and Magnussen are in the drop zone.
Albon has had a laptime deleted as Vettel as run on at Turn 1 at the start of this flying lap.

Incident involving Leclerc and Kvyat is being investigated after qualifying. Not sure what the incident was.
