Norris, Lindblad and Ocon now join the track activities, also on softs.
Ominously, Bottas reporting smoke from his right-front brake – a failure there put teammate Perez out yesterday.
Perez and Colapinto out now, also on softs – the Cadillac's are showing up as a used set on our screen.
Leclerc currently fastest with a 1m15.184s, 0.062s faster than Hamilton.
Aston Martin saving a little weight by leaving the front of the car unpainted. Perhaps the stealth livery may have the side benefit of helping the car evade detection, since it's still embarrassingly slow...
The first six cars out of the gates – Hamilton, ,Bottas, Leclerc, Stroll, Lawson, Alonso – are all on the soft Pirellis.
Tiny margins between the two Ferrari drivers yesterday but the margins were bigger elsewhere.
And as if to underline that point, Lewis Hamilton is first out of the pitlane, followed by the rather slower Cadillac of Valtteri Bottas.
In other news, McLaren had to break curfew overnight to change various electrical items on Lando Norris's car after he halted early in FP2. The team is also €20,000 lighter after being fined by the FIA for taping over the clutch disengagement system's actuator button to gain a small aero benefit.
The full fine is €30,000 but €10,000 of that is suspended pending no further offences.

Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton's spangly purple helmet has excited much comment among the chattering classes. Who'd have thought?
Surprisingly, rather less attention was lavished on his unusual garb - he appeared to arrive dressed as an extra from the classic BBC sci-fi series Blake's 7. Some sequins may be shortened?

Went to catch up with what happened yesterday? Well Ferrari was fastest in both sessions, and Jake Boxall-Legge has run the ruler over what the sessions tell us about race pace (spoiler: not much, owing to traffic on the long runs).
Meanwhile Audi's CEO has rolled a grenade under the door of the discussions around how to make the current regulations better.
HAPPY SATURDAY!
Welcome back to live coverage from Monaco. FP3 will begin at 12:30 local and the F3 sprint race has just finished, slightly delayed by a red flag early on. Van Amersfoort Racing's Hyu Yamakoshi won from Gerard Xie and Bruno del Pino.
