Saturday's action from the 16th round of the 2024 Formula 1 season concludes with qualifying.

Lewis Hamilton led a Mercedes 1-2 in final practice for Formula 1's Italian Grand Prix, with the top four teams only narrowly separated at the top of the order.

The seven-time world champion topped second practice on Friday to underline Mercedes' hopes at Monza, even if Red Bull and McLaren remain favourites for pole.

Qualifying gets underway at 3pm BST.
