There is the move! Perez lunges on Russell into Turn 1 and battles to hold back the Mercedes driver in the second DRS zone.
Russell is now under a major threat from Perez, who is now showing the nose of his Red Bull wherever possible.
This time, Russell's DRS did activate, so panic over there!
This time, Russell's DRS did activate, so panic over there!
Bottas and Zhou have both made it past Hulkenberg, with the Haas driver now running in 14th.
A possible DRS issue for Russell here, as cameras show that he didn't activate the system in either zone on the current lap. That could explain why he is unable to pass Hamilton.
Russell has DRS and is three-tenths behind Hamilton. The seven-time champion has nothing to answer Alonso in P3 who is three-seconds clear.

After playing the team game, Russell is now calling on Mercedes to let him past Hamilton or for his team-mate to up his pace. The stress was there for all to hear in Russell's voice.
After the brief threat from Norris, Verstappen has pulled out a two-second margin and looks far more confident at the front.
Things are looking close beyond the top three - things are close between Hamilton in fourth back to Gasly in ninth.
Norris opens DRS again and Verstappen only just holds off the charging McLaren driver into T4.
Norris opens his DRS and closes into T1. He lunges down the outside but will have DRS again into T4.

A 1m14.940s fastest lap of the race from Norris as he closes on Verstappen at the front.

Russell is calling for Mercedes to "work together". He is behind Hamilton in P5 at present and promises not to attack his team-mate.
But Norris now falls out of the one-second window. On a more positive note for the McLaren driver, he is two-seconds clear of Alonso in P3.
Bottas tries a move down Hulkenberg at Turn 1 but is forced to back off in the battle for 12th.
One racing lap completed and Norris is 0.8s behind Verstappen, with DRS set to be activated at the end of the current lap.
Stroll is fending off Sainz in the fight for seventh, ahead of the Alpines.
Tsunoda is closing on Ocon for 10th, with Gasly ahead in ninth.
A puff of smoke from Hamilton's Mercedes as he attempts to take Norris on the restart but Alonso makes his way past the Mercedes driver instead, moving back up to P3.
Lights green
We are racing - again!
Piastri and Ricciardo are both starting from pitlane, given the extensive repairs their cars underwent during the red flag.
Verstappen leads the field onto the grid and we get ready to see the five lights once more.
And the cars leave the pitlane to return to the grid for a standing start to get things going again.
The engines fire up once again and we get ready for the restart.
The T1 incident, rather unsurprisingly, has not been noted by race control.
Any cars that have been worked on in the garage can take the restart but from the pitlane. Where Hulkenberg's car was worked on in the pitlane and not in the garage, he can start from the grid.
Out of his fire suit, Albon returns to the Williams garage to talk to his team. The smile on his face suggests that possibly an earlier flight out of Brazil may have been booked.
So, are we ready to do this all again? Fingers crossed for a cleaner jump this time around!
The race will restart in 11 minutes - so 14:31 local time, 17:31 UK time.
Leclerc has returned to the Ferrari garage after briefly enjoying hope that he could restart the race. After starting P2, this was just about as bad of a day as the Ferrari driver could have imagined.
Looking at Norris and Hamilton's starts, the pair went either side of the Aston Martin drivers on the very short run to Turn 1. After starting P2 and 3, that was a 'sub-optimal' launch - to use a very F1 phrase.
AlphaTauri, on the other hand, believe Ricciardo's car can be repaired in time for a restart.
Work is ongoing on Piastri's car, but it appears there could be worse damage than just the rear wing...
Drivers are walking away from their cars and back to their garages. This has all the hallmarks of an interruption that will last for some time.

McLaren are going to attempt to fix Oscar Piastri's rear wing, given the red flag.
A red flag means that teams can fix damage to cars and change tyres without any penalty. With the cars now also out of parc ferme, set-up changes can be made.
It was Daniel Ricciardo whose rear wing was damaged.
That bouncing tyre carcass appeared to whack one of the AlphaTauri's rear wings, too.
