Bottas covers the inside line down the Wellington Straight again, and Vettel waits instead of trying again.
Vettel sits behind Bottas into Copse, he needs a good run onto the Hangar Straight to get a run into Stowe with the help of DRS.
Vettel can't get alongside into Stowe, so he bides his time. Hamilton is trying to hang on in third, with Raikkonen right on his tail. The Red Bulls are 1.8s behind this fight.
Bottas doesn't even need to defend into Brooklands this time, but Vettel is still right there.
Ricciardo is right under the rear wing of Verstappen in the Red Bull battle for fifth.
Verstappen quickly rejoins, but he's fallen to sixth, behind Ricciardo. We didn't see what happened.
Vettel lunges Bottas for the lead into Brooklands and he's through!
Verstappen has now dropped to 14th and is yet to come through the first sector.
Vettel waited, and waited, and waited, then made his move very late. He didn't show his hand, which led to Bottas not defending early enough.
Fastest lap for Vettel, who is already 1.9 seconds clear of Bottas now. It's all about the battle for second.
Yellow flag out in sector one as Verstappen is wheeled back down the Wellington straight.
Hamilton attacks Bottas - who defends! - but the Mercedes drivers have swapped places into Brooklands. Hamilton now second.
"I can't do anything! I'm stuck in gear, man," says Verstappen.
Bottas's job is now to keep Raikkonen at bay. And Hamilton was 0.5s quicker than Vettel that time by...
1 Vettel, 2 Hamilton, 3 Bottas, 4 Raikkonen, 5 Ricciardo, 6 Hulkenberg.
Raikkonen sweeps by Bottas around the outside into Brooklands for third place. Bottas goes wide, and now he has Ricciardo on his case. The second Mercedes is tumbling down the order now.
In less dramatic parts of the order, Hulkenberg has fallen 13s behind Ricciardo but has a second and a half over Ocon in the battle for sixth. Magnussen, Alonso and Perez are the remaining cars in the points.
Hamilton is throwing everything at this, with a fastest middle sector, but Vettel ends the lap one tenth of a second quicker, with a 2.1s lead.
Vettel is edging away from Hamilton now, increasing his lead to 2.4s over Hamilton.
Two laps to go: 1 Vettel, 2 Hamilton, 3 Raikkonen, 4 Bottas, 5 Ricciardo, 6 Hulkenberg, 7 Ocon, 8 Magnussen, 9 Alonso, 10 Perez.
Gasly is right over the back of Perez in the batle for the final point.
"Your battery is full," Ricciardo is told. Otherwise known has 'have a go at Bottas'.
Raikkonen has taken seven tenths out of Hamilton last time around - he's 1.2s behind the Mercedes in the battle for second.
Ricciardo hasn't quite got the grunt to attack Bottas just yet.
Alonso complains about Magnussen's defending.

"We will both clash and I don't wish [for that]," he says, before adding. "He pushed me wide at Turn 7, then 10 and 11, then 12. Turn 7 it was quite clear, I had to go on the grass." McLaren says it has reported the incident to the stewards.
No matter for Alonso - who has got past Magnussen for eighth on the final lap.
Hulkenberg takes sixth on his hard tyres, beating Ocon by 1.5s. Alonso, Magnussen and Gasly complete the points.
