Yellow flag out in sector two. Looks like Sainz and Grosjean have gone off.
Raikkonen gets a run on Verstappen - who nearly puts him on the grass - and he's through for... no he isn't! Verstappen repasses him around the outside of Luffield! They battle down to Copse as well, where Verstappen hangs on around the outside to keep fourth place.

Sainz and Grosjean are indeed the two drivers involved in an incident at Copse. The safety car is deployed once again.

Replays show Sainz got a run on Grosjean around Copse, but Grosjean had a small correction as he turned in and touched Sainz, sending both off.

Bottas backs the field up again.
Green flag
Bottas goes again before Stowe, and he's got the jump on Vettel as we are back to racing.
Hamilton got very close to Vettel into Stowe, but he's already fallen back.
Vettel takes a look at Bottas into Brooklands, and Bottas slams the door in his face!
Alonso has got ahead of Magnussen on that restart for ninth, while Perez is also up to 11th ahead of Gasly.
If Vettel thought Bottas was going to be a soft touch here, he's just been shown what the score is today. But is the Mercedes fast enough on its older medium tyres to keep the Ferrari at bay for long?
Hamilton is loitering behind this Bottas/Vettel scrap, hoping to stay in range to attack.
Magnussen has got back past Alonso somewhere for ninth.
Verstappen, Raikkonen and Ricciardo are staying close to the top three.

Hamilton and Raikkonen have caught the leaders, and Hamilton has to defend from the Finn into Stowe with a firm chop.
