Leclerc did indeed head back out and is following the safety car around. Magnussen also took to the track, but has returned to the pits.
As was the case yesterday, cars have been shown a green flag at the end of the pitlane and been allowed to go back out. Leclerc appears to have taken up that offer.

Leclerc, Albon and Hamilton have all returned to the pits.
Checkered flag
Norris and Hulkenberg both squeeze over the line for one final flying lap each, but the red lights are now on down the main straight - that's lunch.
Albon and Leclerc also drove through the pits, as it happens.
A sighting of Leclerc as he pits from that latest run confirms beyond doubt he was on C5s. Albon is also in, while Hamilton has driven through the pits as we approach the end of the session.
Stopwatch
It's another marginal improvement for Leclerc, who gets down to a 1m16.231s. That again looked as though it was on the C5.
Leclerc is back out for one final run, and sets a new fastest time in the first sector. You'd hate to be getting a session report ready right now, wouldn't you?
Its C3s for Norris on this run. Hamilton has been told this is his final lap.
Another short run for Gasly, who pits to be taken back into the Red Bull garage.
Hulkenberg is on unmarked tyres as Norris heads back out.
Albon has been lapping in the low 1m23s on this run, but sneaks into the 1m24s on this latest lap.
Gasly completes a 1m17.300s lap - so no improvement on this occasion.
The Red Bull isn't any faster in the second sector either.
Gasly's first sector time is three tenths down on Leclerc's benchmark.
The Renault is out again. Let's see if the team's tyre choice is any more conventional this time.
Leclerc pits after that single-lap effort, but is replaced on-track by another C5-shod car - Gasly's Red Bull.
Stopwatch
There it is - another fastest lap from the Ferrari driver. 1m16.361s is Leclerc's new benchmark.
He's just four thousandths shy of his previous best in sector two as well.
We'd say our assumption was a fair one. Leclerc sets a new fastest time of all in the first sector.

Ahead of Charles Leclerc’s first season as a Ferrari F1 driver, our partner Pitstop Betting is offering odds of 1/2 that he will win a race this season and 5/2 that he will outscore team-mate Sebastian Vettel.
Leclerc is on C5s for this run - perhaps another attempt to beat his best lap? Albon is on C4s.
Information
Looks as though Mercedes intends for Hamilton to complete another seven laps on this run on the C3s. He's currently lapping in the mid-1m20s.
Albon takes the Toro Rosso for another run, and Leclerc is also back out on track.
Russell returns to the pitlane immediately after that run.
Russell moves off the bottom of the pile with the first flying lap of this latest run on C5s. A 1m18.130s puts him seven hundredths ahead of Magnussen.
Hulkenberg makes another visit to the pits, but this time comes to a stop and is wheeled back in.
Pit stop
Leclerc brings the Ferrari back into the garage after that pacesetting run on the C5s.
Albon comes in, but Russell and Hamilton have both headed back out. We couldn't see Russell's tyres, but Hamilton is on the mid-range C3.
Hulkenberg is still circulating on those C1s, just to be a bit indie. We've also seen Giovinazzi walking back down the pitlane underneath us after the Alfa mechanics came to meet him at the pit entry.
Stopwatch
... and Leclerc goes fastest with a 1m16.658s! Ferrari back on top.
Leclerc sets a new fastest time in the second sector...

Hulkenberg comes in only to go back out, while Leclerc is also back out on what looks like a set of C5s.
Gasly comes in after a very short latest run on C5s, as current second-place man Leclerc heads back out.
