Stroll also finds time to set a 1m17.556s best, making up two tenths in the last sector alone.
Giovinazzi does improve this time around and sets a 1m18.358s. That keeps him ninth.
Stroll is now on the C5s as he skips by the media centre window in the Racing Point. Not literally.
Leclerc is back in after six laps on the C3, but he's driving through to have a practice start.
Gasly ends his three lap run, while Stroll joins the track.

Norris is on the more durable rubber and is lapping in the 1m22s range. He's done three laps on this stint.
Giovinazzi's run of personal bests looked set to yield a new quickest time, but it falls away in the final sector.
Leclerc and Gasly are still on track and lapping within a second of their best times.
Giovinazzi's Alfa is on the C3 tyre.
Hamilton comes in after one lap and returns to the garage.
Giovinazzi heads back out for Alfa Romeo. We very nearly typed Sauber there, but we recovered well.
Gasly's next time around was a slow cool down lap.
Norris is now on the C3s for this latest run as Hulkenberg completes his out lap.
Hamilton's run ended up at 10 laps, but he is heading out again now.
Hulkenberg is now on the C4 tyre, so we're looking at more performance runs in the field again.
Leclerc had looked set to better his time, setting a personal best on the lap, but fell just short with a 1m18.401s.
Gasly goes second with a time of 1m17.091s, just 0.006s off Norris's leading times.
He then goes fastest of all in the second sector.
Gasly sets a personal best in the first sector.
Hulkenberg is back out again.
Leclerc is on those C3s again.
Hamilton's long runs have gradually slipped into the 1m21s range now, his last a 1m21.008s.
Leclerc has also headed out, he's up to 21 laps for today after missing out on running over the last two days.
Gasly's out, and it's not on C3! It's on the shiny C5s. A welcome change.
Magnussen's long run came to an end just past the 50 lap mark for the day.
Hamilton's latest is a 1m20.726s on his eight lap on the C2 stint.
Stroll is also quick on the C3 and is now fifth with his time of 1m18.000s.
Albon improves on the C3, but it's not enough to go top.

It's a 1m17.426s, which is a smidgen quicker than his last fast time.
Albon's gone fastest of all in the first sector, again.

Good Toro Rosso v McLaren performance run battle here.
Magnussen's another on a good run, he's up to 12 laps now we reckon. Latest tour was a 1m21.860s.
Russell comes into the pits, leaving Hamilton and Magnussen on track.

But then Albon and Stroll join the fun.
Hamilton's stint is currently up to four laps, and he is on the harder C2 compounds.

This could be another longer run for Mercedes. The pace has been in the low 1m20s too.
Russell is again lapping fractionally slower than his 1m19.232s best.
Norris's new time is also the fastest of testing so far.

Norris uses the C5 tyre to good effect to return McLaren to the top.

His 1m17.084s time is nearly four tenths up on Albon's old benchmark.
And he is in the second too.
But now Norris is fastest in the first sector.
But he loses a bit of time in the second and third sector and sets a 1m17.758s lap.
Albon's again the fastest of all in the first sector.
Russell's first flyer is a 1m19.343s, just a tenth off his best.

The red-walled tyre pace is looking a bit stronger from Williams, with the usual caveats of things like fuel loads applying.
Hulkenberg pits moments after losing his top spot.
