Giovinazzi heads back out as Gasly brings the Red Bull - which had been on unmarked tyres - back to the garage.
Out goes Stroll for his first bit of running since his initial sighting lap.
Not a lot to report from the opening half hour, but two drivers - Magnussen and Hulkenberg - are already up to 11 laps for the day.
Stroll, on C2 tyres, pulls out of the Haas's draft heading over the start/finish line to start a first flying lap.
Giovinazzi gets his first timed lap on the board, registering a 1m23.701s that puts him fourth in the early order.
Stroll also gets his first time on the board. It's a 1m24.811s for the Racing Point driver, who now goes fastest of all in the first and second sectors.
Stopwatch
Stroll makes good on those promising sector times and leaps to the top of the pile with a 1m19.138s.
He's one of three drivers still out there at the moment. Magnussen is still lapping, as is Giovinazzi.
Magnussen immediately makes our previous post redundant by heading in, as Russell heads back out in the Williams.
There's the Ferrari for the first time today. Leclerc heads out for the first of what Ferrari will hope is many laps given its lack of running yesterday.

Leclerc brings the Ferrari straight back in, having completed the first run on C5 tyres. Back he goes behind the screens.
Gasly is back out. Anyone want to have a guess which tyre he's on? (It's the C3)
Albon goes fastest of all in the first sector. He's got the unmarked development tyre on at the moment.
Stopwatch
Albon is also fastest in the second sector, and completes the set with the best time of all through sector three to set a new 1m18.535s benchmark.

Giovinazzi brings the Alfa back in, and Gasly is soon up on trays below us at Red Bull. Just Albon left out there now.
Albon couldn't improve on his latest lap, but did set a new fastest time of all through the second sector.
Is Williams overcompensating for something with this massive aero rake?
The Toro Rosso had gone a bit unnoticed before this fast run, but Albon is up to 15 laps already this morning - the most anyone has racked up.
Russell is back out in the Williams, but we can't spot whether he's still sporting the game-changing rake at the moment.
Yep, it's still there.
Albon makes a quick visit to the pits before heading back out on his merry way. Why stop clocking up the laps?
Russell avoids becoming the seventh driver to set a lap time by bringing the Williams back into the pits. We still have two cars on track, though, as Magnussen has headed back out in the Haas.
Hulkenberg joins the party by heading back out in the Renault.
Magnussen sets a personal best in the first sector. He's on the C2 tyre for this run.
More personal bests in the second and third sectors help Magnussen get down to a 1m19.655s, although he's still third for now.
Albon pits for good this time, having taken his tally up to 19 laps. Hulkenberg is out on the C2s, and is being closely followed by Norris - who has the softest C5 tyre fitted to the McLaren.
Hulkenberg improves to a 1m20.325s but stays fourth, as Leclerc heads out in the Ferrari.
Norris brings the McLaren back in, following Hamilton - who is out for another run in the Mercedes - down the pitlane until he reaches his garage.
Leclerc heads over the start/finish line for what we hope will be a timed lap. He's on the mid-range C3 tyre.
Lots of personal bests showing up on the timing screens now - including from Leclerc, who goes fourth on his first timed lap with a 1m19.416s.
Hulkenberg goes faster too but is fifth behind the Ferrari, on a 1m19.689s.
Hamilton also improves, setting a first 'proper' timed lap after his early aero runs. His time is a 1m22.133s on the C2 tyre.
Magnussen brings the Haas back in, but we have five drivers on track at the moment - Leclerc, Hulkenberg, Giovinazzi, Hamilton and Russell.
Russell immediately comes in, but has been replaced on track by Stroll in the Racing Point.
Fastest first sector of all from Hamilton, as Leclerc improves to third on a 1m19.191s on his latest lap.
Hamilton misses out on top spot by a tenth of a second, recording a new best time of 1m18.635s. Giovinazzi slots into third, a further three tenths back.
