Russell ends his stint and comes into the pitlane in what should be a nice morale booster for Williams, with competitive times (in a testing sense) and completing 20 laps.
Hulkenberg looks to be on C2's now we've seen him on track and he's improved to a 1m20.781s lap.
It's what you've been waiting for - a look at the current times at the end of hour two:

1 Gasly, 1m18.647s
2 Giovinazzi, 1m18.929s
3 Stroll, 1m19.139s
4 Magnussen, 1m19.644s
5 Hamilton, 1m20.764s
6 Hulkenberg, 1m20.781s
7 Leclerc, 1m20.830s
8 Russell, 1m21.102s
9 Albon, 1m22.001s
10 Norris, 1m22.306s
Very quiet now with just Hulkenberg on track as Giovinazzi pits from his latest stint. We're hoping pointing this out leads to a much busier track.
Giovinazzi at least responds to our request for cars on track, completing another practice start before joining the fray again.
Stroll's on the C2 tyres again, so should be set for a decent length run here.
Hulkenberg's lapping around a second off his best time of 1m20.781s, running deep into this latest C2 tyre run.

Norris is back out for McLaren and is running on the C3 tyre which, along with the C2, has been the favoured compound for the teams this morning.
No green or purple numbers on the timing screens, but it is getting warmer and sunnier. It's the small victories that count.
On Leclerc's lack of running so far this morning - he's only completed six laps, which came in the first half-hour of the session - Ferrari says: “We need some time to check a few things. We’ll keep you posted.”
Hulkenberg's times are continuing to drop steadily, so we may see this C2 tyre run come to an end soon.

Hamilton's returned to the track on what looks like C2s as well.
And it's the McLaren of Norris that's pulled off the track.
We appreciate this photo isn't a work of art, but here's the stricken McLaren.

Marshals are surrounding the McLaren, so hopefully this is a fairly swift recovery.
The covers are over the McLaren to confound any pitlane spies and it's being lifted onto the back of the truck now.
Now seems as good a time as any to show you our spy shot of Stroll's morning warm-up routine in the media car park.

Fans of our flatbed truck recovery updates will be thrilled by the news it is now returning to the pitlane with a McLaren on the back of it.
And the truck has now gone past our media centre window and is at the McLaren garage. Shouldn't be long before we return to green.
Albon is out for the first time since the first half hour and is on the C3s.
Looks like Magnussen won the very important race off pitlane though, so bonus points to Haas.
Hamilton is out on the C2s and Russell is also heading onto the track.
Albon's improved on his first flyer, and leaps from ninth to fifth thanks to a 1m20.359s lap.
That's only Toro Rosso's 10th lap of the day, which is the lowest total of anyone bar Ferrari so far.
So after that brief red flag related pause, here's a look at the current lap count:

Hulkenberg - 48
Hamilton - 44
Norris - 38
Gasly - 34
Magnussen - 34
Giovinazzi - 32
Stroll - 28
Russell - 24
Albon - 10
Leclerc - 6

Russell narrowly misses out an improved time, falling 0.075s short of his own benchmark 1m22.306s lap.
Albon's setting personal best sectors again. Another improvement in sight?
Yes there is, it's a 1m19.967s lap for Albon this time around. Around half a second quicker too.
Giovinazzi's properly quick, he sets the fastest first sector of anyone and then carries it into the second sector.
But it falls apart in the third sector, so no improvement for Giovinazzi there. He was around two tenths slower than his best in the end.
