Russell's pace didn't look too impressive on the C5, especially compared to his longer C3 run, and he's returned to the pits.
Gasly's now past the 100 lap marker for the day and continues to circulate.
Vettel's on the C4 for his latest stint.

I bumped into Christian Horner in the paddock. He was in a hurry so it was just a brief hello, but he looked very relaxed. "All good so far" was his verdict when I asked how things were going.
And right on cue, Gasly's stint ends with his total at 100 laps.

Russell didn’t look particularly comfortable in the Williams on that last run. His speed through Turns 7/8 was very conservative - as though he didn’t trust what the car would do so was factoring in a large margin for error.
Just Magnussen, Giovinazzi and Vettel on track now.
Magnussen is on the C4s and uses them to good effect to improve to 1m18.769s, good enough for sixth still.
Giovinazzi's C2 pace begins with a 1m19.76s effort, just over a second slower than his best.

Media centre views. This time, a poorly-framed shot of the Red Bull at the end of Gasly's most recent stint.

Stroll is about to return to the track again on C3s, while Giovinazzi laps in the high 1m19s, low 1m20s.

I’m guessing that Vettel is on a high fuel load because the Ferrari looks a little lazy turning in. What impresses is the compliance of the car - it gobbles up the exit kerb almost as if it isn’t there. The Alfa looks fast but a touch stiff. It turns in very well but looks a bit nervous over the bumps.
The Haas is somewhere between the two extremes - more compliant than the Alfa, but not as seamless as the Ferrari.

Vettel's recent lap times tally with Ben's analysis, he's been lapping between 1m22s to 1m24s, usually at the lower end of that scale.
Stroll's first lap is a 1m20.276s on the C3s, around 1.5s off his previous best set on the same compound.
Vettel's laps are now consistently in the 1m25s range, slightly up on his earlier times.

Russell is back out on track and is just four laps away from 100 for the day.
Gasly is also returning to the track, while Vettel brings his long-running stint to a close.
Ferrari has done a tyre change and sent Vettel back out, but we're at the wrong end of the pitlane to see which compound was fitted.
We reckon Russell is on the C1 and Vettel looks to have taken on the C4.
Magnussen completes his 119th lap and ends another long run by coming into the pits.
Perhaps Vettel is demonstrating the fuel he's burnt off, because his first proper lap is a 1m21.77s, which is comfortably quicker than most of his last stint.
Ricciardo's set a personal best first sector, we're quite excited because its the first we've seen for a while.
He narrowly misses out on an improvement, coming across the line behind the Ferrari and Williams in 1m20.256s. The flirt.

Speaking of Ricciardo, Ben's made some observations:
Ricciardo looks more comfortable on the C3 than he did on the C2 white-walled tyre.
Unsurprisingly the softer compound affords him more room to attack these Turn 7/8 esses at speed.

Russell's cleared 100 laps for Williams now, totalling 103 and getting the team some crucial mileage and data.

Ricciardo on full attack on Tuesday afternoon
Vettel's back into the 1m25-26s range again as Ferrari bats half a century for today.
Ben Anderson
It's unusual to see a Williams stretching away from a Ferrari and a Renault while Gasly’s Red Bull works its way through that pack over the last few laps. Enjoy it while it lasts George!
Few drivers are lapping near their benchmarks, Giovinazzi has been consistently around a second off his best time in recent running.
Albon and Stroll are beginning new stints.
Stroll is on the C4 compound for this run, as is Albon.
Stroll improves to third with a time of 1m18.215s, with a trio of green sectors. A nice improvement of just over two tenths in the final sector too.
The timing screens here appear to be playing up slightly. They keep suggesting Gasly has only completed one sector, and that Albon is still on an outlap - but he's come across the line multiple times since he exited the pits.
That's a little better. We now have a 1m23.071s lap for Gasly and a 1m19.202 for Albon on the screen.
