No sign of Renault or Esteban Ocon this afternoon yet. Quite a good morning for Renault, with Daniel Ricciardo 10th quickest and 1.2s off the pace.
Russell is on the Zandvoort tyres and puts in his first flying lap - a 1m23.886s putting him 18th.
At Mercedes, Bottas has been fitted with a fresh front wing.
Russell heads out on track for the first time this afternoon. Good effort from Williams to get the car ready again after Latifi's engine issue this morning.
Kvyat has put in a more representative laptime in the AlphaTauri with a 1m18.758s on C2 tyres putting him into 15th on the timesheets.

You know what they say, practice makes perfect. Or something like that.
Track is a bit busier now, with Bottas, Leclerc, Grosjean, Raikkonen and Verstappen on circuit.
Leclerc is back out on track in the Ferrari, and is on the Zandvoort tyres.
Verstappen came in to the pits briefly just after our expert Ben Anderson caught that moment. He's back out on circuit again.
Ben Anderson
"Massive moment for Verstappen coming out of Turn 6. The car was fishtailing and kicked up dust from touching the gravel. Looks like he's certainly really pushing on this run."
Bottas has settled into a rhythm of mid-1m20s laps on the C1 tyres. Perez's consistency continues on his run with mid-1m21s efforts.
Verstappen has improved to a 1m18.054s, which puts him into sixth overall.
Bottas's first lap on the C1 was a 1m41.524s, but he's picked up the pace on the second lap to a 1m19.397s. Perez is on a run of mid-1m21s, suggesting he's on a bit of a high-fuel run,
Raikkonen comes back in after that initial lap.

Raikkonen puts a lap on the board, but it's some way off the pace at 1m23.942s. So, either he's just easing into things, or he's carrying a fair bit of fuel.
Bottas heads back out on a fresh set of C1s.
Raikkonen has joined the fray in the Alfa. The Finn is yet to register a laptime, but is out there on a set of C3s.
Bottas and Leclerc have returned to their garages. Grosjean, Norris and Perez only ones on track currently.

Our eagle-eyed technical editor JAKE BOXALL-LEGGE has been perusing the latest developments introduced by teams this morning, and noted a new front wing on the Williams that was halted by engine failure this morning.

It's shaping up to be a big few days ahead for Ferrari after its difficult end to the first test. Sporting director Laurent Mekies keeps an eye on proceedings from the pitwall.
Bottas comes into pitlane again for another practice start. Leclerc, who's just finished a long run, has followed him in.
Perez improved to eighth on the timesheets with a 1m18.213s in the Racing Point.
Bottas drives through pitlane after that initial run for a practice start.
Having taken three-tenths out of his time, Bottas goes sixth. Grosjean and Kvyat return to the circuit.
The Finnish driver now goes 10th quickest with a 1m18.448s - displacing Leclerc.
Presumably having slugged a few espressos from the Mercedes motorhome, Valtteri Bottas is on the road with C3 tyres.
Leclerc immediately vaults up to the lofty heights of P10, as Kvyat rockets onto the circuit with a garden trellis sellotaped to the car.

It's just been brought to Autosport's attention that we omitted Sergio Perez from the list of current F1 drivers who have raced at Croft. Here he is juking it out with ex-Toro Rosso racer Brendon Hartley in 2008 for T-Sport.
Charles Leclerc emerges on track with some fresh C2 tyres - leaving Raikkonen, Kvyat, Ocon, Bottas and Russell as the drivers yet to make cameos on-track.
Verstappen snips a couple of tenths out of his time, while the presumed longer runs of Perez and Grosjean fall into the 1m22s.
Verstappen's lap was on a set of C1s, so that's rather good. Perez and Grosjean were in the 1m21s on those last runs.
Perez is immediately setting to work on bringing his laptimes down, while Verstappen posts his first timed run of a 1m19.681s.
I'm seeing double here - four F1 cars! Verstappen has filed onto the circuit, as has Norris.
This is getting out of hand - now there are two of them; Grosjean goes out on track.
The Pink Panther does a 1m19.953s on a set of C3s, setting the only afternoon time thus far.
Perez crosses the line, so hopefully he'll be able to do a lap time that we can talk about. It's been 20 minutes and nothing's happened - so we need this.
That's another car! Sergio Perez scoots out on track in his Racing Point to turn in some miles. We hope.

He may not be driving this afternoon, but he's still popular
And once more, the circuit returned to its state of calm as Norris pitted after that lap.
