Verstappen's second lap of this run is half a tenth adrift of his best. Horner has already bailed from the pit wall - we don't blame him, it's freezing out there.
Kubica sets two personal best sectors but loses a chunk of time at the end of the lap. No improvement.
Verstappen's first lap of this run is only four tenths off his best, which considering he's on the mediums, is a pretty good first attempt while they are still warming up.
Verstappen reappears, with team boss Christian Horner watching on from the pit wall.
Magnussen also sets a personal best, but he stays 10th on a 1m22.7s.
Half a second improvement for Kubica on his next lap gets him down to a 1m22.142s. Sainz, Gasly and Magnussen are also on track right now.
Kubica picks another one off - this time he moves above Magnussen with a 1m22.636s.
Another improvement for Kubica, who is already on his 10th lap. 1m23.445s, so he's now 3.3s down on Vettel's best.
Now Kubica moves up a place to 10th, ahead of Leclerc with a 1m23.726s. Leclerc, who spun into the gravel at Turn 4 and brought out the red flags earlier, has just returned to the track.

1m27.378s for Kubica next time around. Six laps in the books and he's 7.2s adrift.
Kubica improves to a 1m31.452s, while further up the order Ocon posts a 1m21.841s.
Short stay in the pits for Kubica and he's back out there again.
Here's Kubica on the track – well, not really in this shot. But he was out there in the Williams!

Kubica returns to the pits with three laps to his name after that first run.
Kubica gets straight down to work and stays on track, posting a first time of 1m52s as he weaves down the main straight to warm up his soft tyres.
Vettel lowers the benchmark with a 1m20.115s on softs.
Vettel kicks off his 58th lap with two personal best sectors, but by the end of the lap he's two tenths down again.
Kubica is getting ready to join the fun in the Williams. The team promises an installation lap "soon".

Williams opted for a "soon" emoji on Twitter rather than actually saying "soon" in words. Welcome to 2018.
Vettel warms up with a 1m20.3s, only a couple of tenths away from his best of the day.
Bottas is just 0.102s adrift of his personal best with his latest lap on this run.
Vettel is on softs now, and he starts this run with a 1m23.541s.
Bottas's pace continues to pick up on this long run, and he's now into the high-1m20s, which is within a second of the quickest times we've seen today.
Vettel returns to the track after his off earlier that led to a red flag.
We said that, subject to any line-up change, Kubica should be coming up for Williams – the team has confirmed he's still "next up" to drive the FW41.
Lap count just a couple of minutes ago:

Bottas 59
Gasly 59
Sirotkin 52
Leclerc 52
Vettel 50
Ocon 42
Sainz 38
Vandoorne 37
Verstappen 30
Magnussen 18
Verstappen has pitted, so it's just Bottas and Sainz circulating now.
1m21s and 22s are the lap times of choice at the moment for Bottas, Verstappen and Sainz.
The sun is out and the track temperature has rocketed (kind of) from 10 degrees celsius to 18 in the last hour. Air temperature is still less than 5.
Bottas and Verstappen return to the track for laps 56 and 26 respectively.
Here's the man of the moment – well, he's on track at least.

Ocon improves again, finding another tenth to get (just) into the 1m21s.
