Bottas is matching Raikkonen's pace ahead but is under no threat behind - he's 6s clear of Grosjean, Hulkenberg and Maldonado.
After initially tagging onto Rosberg, Raikkonen is now falling back. He's 2.3s off the Mercedes' tail and 1.8s ahead of Bottas.
Another new fastest lap for Hamilton, a 1m18.469s bolsters his lead to 2.9s.
At the back:

11 Massa
12 Ericsson
13 Sainz
14 Alonso
15 Nasr
16 Verstappen
17 Vettel
18 Button
19 Stevens
20 Merhi
EDD STRAW: "While Vettel won't be delighted to be down in 17th, he has at least got some clear air to make good use of fresh rubber after that early pitstop. He's currently got 12-and-a-half seconds to make up on Verstappen, so expect a series of very quick laps."
Lap 10 order:

1 Hamilton
2 Rosberg
3 Raikkonen
4 Bottas
5 Grosjean
6 Hulkenberg
7 Maldonado
8 Kvyat
9 Perez
10 Ricciardo
Perez has passed Ricciardo so now splits the Red Bulls in ninth.
Rosberg responds to Hamilton's recent surge and trims his lead back to 2.7s.
"Nice job Felipe, the next car is Perez." The Williams' engineers confirm Massa's next target.
Another place gained for Massa, who is up to 11th having passed Ericsson. The Sauber driver didn't make it easy for Massa, as they squeezed one another into Turns 3/4.
Lotus looked in practice like it might threaten Williams and Ferrari here. Not so good in the race yet: Grosjean is dropping away from Bottas.
It's a slow stop for Vettel. 6.6 seconds for the German. Far from what he needed.
"OK Felipe this is good, let's just keep picking them off. We are the lead prime runner." Massa is encouraged by his team on the pitwall.
EDD STRAW: "Massa is the highest-placed of those who started on the soft-compound Pirellis. He's down in 12th after his qualifying troubles, but needs to clear Ericsson's Sauber to get in touch with the top 10."
Massa is looking for a way past Ericsson, while Vettel isn't far behind the Williams.
After outqualifying Stevens for the first time, Merhi is still fending his Manor team-mate off. They're right together in 18th and 19th.
Hamilton sets a new fastest lap of 1m18.697s - that immediately yanks his lead up to 2.0s.
Massa and Vettel occupy 12th and 13th respectively, while Verstappen is 17th. Button remains last following his drive-through and is chasing down Stevens.
"We believe all is okay," McLaren tells Button as he asks after the state of the engine.
Rosberg is again a few fractions faster than Hamilton on lap five. The gap stays at 1.6s and they both drop Raikkonen a touch.
The Red Bull team-mates are running right together in eighth and ninth, Kvyat still ahead of Ricciardo.
Closest pack in the top 10 right now is the fight for fifth. Grosjean has Hulkenberg and Maldonado close behind.
Vettel tried a move into the hairpin but locked up. No damage done though, as he powers past Alonso down the back straight.
Rosberg snips a little bit back from Rosberg on lap four, but not much. They're 1.6s apart.

And here's what the start looked like:

EDD STRAW: "After holding the lead at the start, was critical to Hamilton that he broke clear of the one-second DRS threshold. With it, overtaking can be quite straightforward in Canada. So this early pace is doubly important for Hamilton."
Massa pulls off an excellent move on Alonso around the outside into Turn 1. The Brazilian is up to 12th.
Vettel gets past Sainz at the hairpin as he sets about chasing Massa.
Another new fastest lap from Hamilton, he's 1.7s clear after three laps.
Hamilton inches his lead up to 1.3s over Rosberg, who still has Raikkonen clinging to him as they drop Bottas a touch.
Alonso has to get a bit defensive as Ericsson attacks him for 11th into the final chicane.
Massa has also gained two places and is in 13th, Vettel now picks off Nasr for P15.
A very smooth first lap by Montreal standards there. Hamilton leads by one second so far.
The rest:

11 Alonso
12 Ericsson
13 Massa
14 Sainz
15 Nasr
16 Vettel
17 Verstappen
18 Merhi
19 Stevens
20 Button
