That's given everybody something to aim for, and the majority of the cars are circulating again now.

Maldonado's quicker than his sector one time as he continues. Everyone bar Stevens, Button, Raikkonen, Magnussen and Ricciardo are out there.
Maldonado continues pushing, and sets a 1m48.739s.

His sector times: 19,100s; 44.900s; 44.600s.
Maldonado continues onto a lap and sets a purple first sector, though that's pretty meaningless at this stage! Might we see a time though?
More action now as Valtteri Bottas, Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniil Kvyat emerge.
Two drivers back on track – Maldonado and Adderly Fong, another driver making his F1 weekend debut at Sauber.
Kevin Magnussen's McLaren is again sporting the massive aero sensors it wore in Brazilian GP practice.

CRAIG SCARBOROUGH delved into what they do in his tech blog from the Interlagos weekend:

Brazilian GP technical analysis
Silence descends over the Abu Dhabi track with all 20 cars back in the pitlane.
Maldonado and Ocon have made it back to the garage, but Button and Magnussen have headed back out – and returned again!

Rosberg has continued for a second lap, whereas Hamilton and Vettel joined the majority in returning to the pits after just one.
Out comes Vettel, the first appearance on-track of his finale with the team that took him to four world titles.

Ricciardo's also out, so everyone's emerged from the garage in the first five minutes.
Another rookie, Will Stevens, has successfully made it back to the Caterham garage. The rest of his maiden F1 weekend will probably be slightly more challenging.
Hamilton's on track for the first time, but both Red Bulls remain tucked up in the garage.

Pastor Maldonado and F1 weekend debutant Esteban Ocon have continued onto a second lap.
The first installation laps are complete. Only Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo and Lewis Hamilton did not immediately emerge.
Immediate track action as the Force India of Sergio Perez leads a train of cars out of the pitlane.
Names to watch out for in this session:

European Formula 3 champion Esteban Ocon steps into Romain Grosjean's Lotus.

GP3 and sportscar racer Adderly Fong is in Adrian Sutil's Sauber.

Caterham is back, with returnee Kamui Kobayashi and debutant Will Stevens.
Here's a reminder of how who needs to do what to be champion this weekend:

Rosberg wins the title if:
* He finishes first and Hamilton does not finish second
* He finishes second and Hamilton is outside the top five
* He finishes third and Hamilton is outside the top six
* He finishes fourth and Hamilton is outside the top eight
* He finishes fifth and Hamilton is outside the top nine

Hamilton wins the title if:
* He finishes first or second
* He finishes third, fourth or fifth and Rosberg doesn't win
* He finishes sixth and Rosberg is outside the top three
* He finishes eighth and Rosberg is outside the top four
* He finish ninth or worse and Rosberg is outside the top five
We're about 54 hours away from knowing whether it will be Lewis Hamilton or Nico Rosberg who takes the crown, but the final leg of their journey starts with free practice one in just over five minutes.
Good morning and welcome to AUTOSPORT Live from the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Anyone fancy seeing a world championship decided?
