Vergne arrives on the pits straight slightly sideways with a beautiful bit of last-corner drifting.
Kvyat, Vergne and Magnussen are also on track now as well. Vettel doesn't improve.
There's also a bit of confusion over the Vettel/Rocky radio hotline over whether he's coming straight back in or not.
Typo from Vettel, he's told he went to 'multi eight' when Red Bull wanted 'mode eight'.
Vettel breaks the silence. Ocon swiftly joins him.
While it's quiet on track, a very relaxed looking Alonso is lounging at the back of the Ferrari garage having a chuckle with his mechanics.

And more from Mike Gascoyne:
"Personally I feel happier about the reliability and safety of the Caterham this weekend than in the last races with the previous management."

Plenty of work going on to try to revive Stevens's car in the Caterham garage now.

Ex-Caterham tech chief Mike Gascoyne chips in to defend his former colleagues on Twitter:
"People talking about the reliability of the Caterham but not a good performance from Williams in FP1."

Everybody is back in the pits now as we move into the final hour.

13 Maldonado
14 Raikkonen
15 Gutierrez
16 Ocon (1.1s slower than Pastor)
17 Fong
18 Kobayashi
Stevens we know about, and no time for Magnussen either.

"The car feels like it's pulling right pretty aggressively," says Ricciardo.
It is indeed Bottas who deposited a large amount of engine cover on track. "Some bits from the car took off," he calmly announced.
With 30 minutes gone, seems a good time for a look at the sharp end of the times:
1 Rosberg
2 Hamilton
3 Bottas
4 Alonso
5 Vettel
6 Massa
7 Perez
8 Kvyat
9 Vergne
10 Ricciardo

8 Kvyat
9 Vergne

Stevens is yet to do more than an installation lap, with Caterham saying it's looking into a problem.
All except Hamilton, Alonso, Ricciardo, Button and Gutierrez are back in the pits.
Rosberg pits. What a tease! Vettel does as well.
A view of Bottas's Williams suggests it may be the Finn's car that has left a chunk of itself on track. Massa radioed about the same issue.
Purple again in sector two for Rosberg, Vettel's gone green in both.
Vettel's jumped up to fifth in the Red Bull, 1m46.426s for the German.
Bottas's Williams is also minus a large amount of side bodywork in the pitlane.
Hamilton's back in the pits now, with Rosberg out and going quickest of all – he's purple through sector one.
Hamilton was on a quick lap – PB in the first sector, purple in the second, but he doesn't improve in the end.
Massa's Williams has shed a bit of bodywork. He's pitting.
Bottas is back in the pits, while team-mate Massa goes fifth fastest on a 1m46.549s.

"How's the balance?" Red Bull asks Daniel Ricciardo. "I couldn't really lean on the fronts," the Australian replies.
Pastor Maldonado also briefly goes off the road at Turn 1.
Bottas wanders over the extra asphalt at Turn 1.
Stopwatch
Hamilton shoots to top spot, 1m45.141s his time, but Rosberg goes even quicker and dives into the 1m44s.

Fong has a bit of an excursion over one of Yas Marina's many run-offs in the Sauber.

It's a Williams one-two, briefly, as Massa sets a 1m46.978s before Alonso splits them in his Ferrari, barely a tenth faster than the Brazilian.
Vettel says the settings on his dash aren't correct and he can't see his Red Bull's "state of charge".
Vergne pops up into second on a 1m47.261s. Ocon goes ahead of Fong on a 1m51.932s.
Rosberg and Hamilton are pushing and it's the German who has gone purple in sector one.
Caterham tells Kobayashi it has "no telemetry and no information on tyre temperatures". It's like an early voluntary radio clampdown.
Stopwatch
Kvyat goes quickest on a 1m48.626s, but Bottas goes top swiftly after on a 1m46.601s.
Maldonado then improves to a 1m47.937s.
