Vettel is told that he is doing a good job with gearbox and engine temperatures.
Through the twisty section towards the end of the circuit now and Webber begins to slow the pace down a little.
Round the middle of the lap and Webber is taking them through at a reasonable pace.
All 24 drivers left the grid without problem.
The formation lap begins at Yeongam. Webber answers the call and leads the field of 24 away from the grid.
Soft tyres for Button, Perez, Kobayashi, di resta, Vergne and de la Rosa - keep an eye on these drivers as they look at a one-stop plan.
The engines fire with a minute to the formation lap.
The German is on the dirty side of the circuit, but if he can get level with his team-mate off the line, then he has every chance of taking the inside line into Turn 1.
Vettel closes his eyes and focuses on what will be another hugely important afternoon in this year's campaign.
All to play for down that long straight on the opening lap as well, with another tight first corner to negotiate first.
One DRS zone here, but it has been extended this year, allowing the chasing driver an open rear wing down the long straight into Turn 3.
Just five minutes left on the clock until the formation lap begins at Yeongam.

Button
Soft and supersoft tyres are available today, with the prospect of a one-stop race developing as rubber has gone down on the circuit during the weekend.
Nevertheless, thoughts of using supersofts for half the distance do sound potentially optimistic, so leading drivers could be planning to pit twice as they line up on the grid.
Those outside the top 10, with the option of starting on the harder compound, have the best chance of pulling off a one stopper. Button, starting 11th in his McLaren, is an ideal candidate, particularly after demonstrating strong race pace in practice on Friday.
Drivers getting comfortable in their cars now with under eight minutes to the formation lap.

Webber
Hello everyone and welcome to AUTOSPORT Live for coverage of round 16 in this year's FIA Formula 1 world championship - the third Korean Grand Prix from Yeongam.
Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso are the only two drivers to have led the race here over the last two years, so it is perhaps fitting in this topsy-turvy season that it is Mark Webber on pole this afternoon, having snatched it away from the German's hands after a fantastic performance on his second run in qualifying.
Webber stuns Vettel to take pole
Behind the Red Bull pair, Lewis Hamilton is third, with championship leader Alonso fourth. Kimi Raikkonen is looking to score another good haul of points from fifth and Felipe Massa continues his late-season resurgence from sixth position.
The championship is on the line now and we are set for 55 racing laps of the technical 5.615km Korea International Circuit.
