Lap 42: Senna is 11th with di Resta 12th, Ricciardo 13th, Kobayashi 14th and Kovalainen 15th. The Finn is under attack from team-mate Petrov.
Lap 41: Gaps are relatively static down the field with no on-track battles. Hulkenberg continues in eighth with Grosjean ninth and Rosberg 10th.
Lap 41: Vettel's lead is now 11.1 seconds over Webber, who seems to have Alonso, third, under control for the moment.
Lap 40: The stewards have announced that there will be no further action from the incident between Maldonado and Kobayashi.
Lap 40: Hamilton warns the team that he doesn't know if the tyres will last but he is clearly pushing on with little to lose.
Lap 39: Hamilton finds pace in his McLaren for a 1m29.639s fastest lap. He's seven seconds behind Alonso and Webber.
Lap 38: Schumacher is under investigation by the stewards for apparently ignoring blue flags.
Lap 38: That elevates Button to fifth, but he has been compromised by ending up behind the long-running Lotus.
Lap 38: Grosjean rejoins in ninth after that stop, as Kobayashi also finally makes it into the pits.
Lap 37: Grosjean is in for his only pitstop, switching to the soft tyres for the run to the flag.
Lap 37: Kobayashi in 11th is struggling for pace now and Senna is right there with him.

Lap 36: Vergne has rejoined in 17th place after his recent stop, behind the two Caterham drivers.

Lap 36: Meanwhile Vettel clocks a fastest lap but Webber takes it away to peg the gap at 11.8 seconds.

Lap 35: Massa is told his fuel is "critical" as he presses on with Raikkonen giving chase.

Lap 34: Alonso continues to hound Webber but only just can't take advantage of traffic in the form of Pic.
Lap 34: De la Rosa has also been in, promoting Schumacher to 19th spot.
Lap 34: The stewards have stated that the recent incident between Kobayashi and Maldonado is under investigation.
Lap 34: A quick 2.6s tyre change and Vettel resumes in the lead.
Lap 34: Vettel heads in this time for a straightforward stop at Red Bull.
Lap 34: In fact, Kovalainen is coming in now. He drops down the order.
Lap 33: Hulkenberg holds onto ninth with Rosberg 10th, Kobayashi yet to stop in 11th, Senna 12th and Kovalainen yet to stop in 13th spot.
Lap 33: Hard tyres and a fresh steering wheel for Hamilton and he's back out in fourth place.
Lap 33: Petrov and Glock come in this time round.
Lap 33: Hamilton is the next to make his pitstop.
Lap 33: Maldonado is in and out with another set of tyres bolted onto the Williams. He drops down the list to 22nd position.
Lap 32: Alonso looks racy on his hard tyres and is right with Webber in the DRS zone.
Lap 32: Maldonado is now touring his way back to the pits after that light contact with Kobayashi's Sauber.
Lap 32: Vettel continues for the moment, clocking the fastest final sector while still on his original rubber. His lead is now 19.8s over Hamilton.
Lap 31: Kobayashi is up to 11th and yet to stop. Maldonado launches an attack on him, but the pair make light contact and the Venezuelan picks up a puncture immediately.
Lap 31: No drama for Webber and he resumes on hards ahead of Alonso.
Lap 31: Webber is in for a pitstop from second place.
Lap 31: Grosjean is now up to fifth place after starting on hard tyres. He's got Button on his case.
Lap 30: Hamilton is still enjoying the grip from his soft tyres and is now elevated to third by Alonso's stop.
Lap 30: Hulkenberg has rejoined still in ninth with Rosberg 10th, Kobayashi up to 11th, Maldonado 12th and Williams team-mate Senna in 13th.
