Lap 52: Hamilton sends a bold move on Vettel at Turn 7 and leads for McLaren in China!
Lap 51: Webber screams past the struggling Massa and is up to fifth.
Lap 51: Hamilton tries it at the hairpin again but still can't make it past the Red Bull as they get to within five laps of the flag.
Lap 51: Massa has handed position to Rosberg by running wide in the final corner.
Lap 51: Neither can afford contact, but Hamilton is looking all over Vettel's gearbox for a move on the lead.
Lap 50: Barrichello is up to 13th with Buemi 14th. Perez has slipped down to 15th following that bodged overtaking move and drive-through penalty.
Lap 50: Hamilton tries the outside line, but can't make it work - and Vettel defends well on the swictchback through the final corner.
Lap 50: Hamilton is in the DRS zone on leader Vettel.

Lap 48: Perez is now given a drive-through penalty for causing a collision, as Sutil exits the pits with a new nose on the Force India.
Lap 48: The gap is just 1.6 seconds as the lead battle flashes over the line.
Lap 48: Perez and Sutil both lost time, with Sutil having damage to the front wing. He pits for repairs.
Lap 48: Hamilton is told to bide his time and not take too much out of his tyres.

Lap 47: Sutil was struggling for pace and Perez had a go up the inside at Turn 2. The pair made contact and went off the circuit.
Lap 47: 3.3 seconds separates Hamilton and Vettel now, despite the latter setting his best lap of the race.
Lap 46: But di Resta comes back with his best lap of the race so far. He edges out the gap to 1.1s over Kobayashi, with Sutil 11th and Perez 12th.
Lap 46: Button has made his way past Rosberg after the Mercedes ran deep at the hairpin. Button is the next man to challenge Massa for third.
Lap 46: Kobayashi is 10th and less than one second behind di Resta, so yet again the Scot will have to defend in the closing stages.
Lap 46: Hamilton is clocked 3.7 seconds behind Vettel with 11 laps to the flag.
Lap 45: Webber has the tyre advantage of three stops as well and as easily passed Alonso's Ferrari to take sixth.
Lap 45: Michael Schumacher is holding onto eighth but has fallen back over 10 seconds behind Webber now, with a similar gap back to di Resta.
Lap 45: Hamilton breezes away from Massa and is off in pursuit of leader Vettel.
Lap 45: Perez tried to pass Heidfeld at Turn 2 and tapped the rear end of Heidfeld's car, sending him wide. Perez was then able to take the place and move up to 13th place.
Lap 45: Hamilton is up to second with another bold charge along the pit straight and into Turn 1.
Lap 44: Hamilton is reminded on the radio that those ahead will struggle for rubber in the closing stages.
Lap 44: Hamilton is closing rapidly on Massa and looks on fine overtaking form this afternoon.
Lap 44: Petrov makes it through in a tight scrap and passes team-mate Heidfeld for 12th place. Perez then has a nibble at the German's Renault.
Lap 44: Massa is being warned that Hamilton is catching - with the fresher-tyred McLaren now just 0.8 seconds behind.
Lap 43: Webber sets the fastest lap and is now chasing down Alonso's sixth-place Ferrari, who did struggle late in his second stint.
Lap 43: Trulli moves up to 17th place and he is seven seconds ahead of Kovalainen, but Maldonado is almost 16 seconds behind the second Lotus.
Lap 43: McLaren will hope that Hamilton has better pace in the closing laps against the older tyres on the two-stopping cars ahead.
Lap 42: Vettel leads by 3.9 seconds over Massa, with Hamilton a further 1.7 seconds behind.
Lap 42: Button is the next man to harry Rosberg, who will now be forced to save fuel if he wants to make the finish.
