Lap 63: Kovalainen is running 16th and Senna in 17th is edging away from Trulli again.
Lap 63: Vettel has recently been off the road at the Descida do Lago and is now clocked 11 seconds ahead of Button on the road.
Lap 62: Button is now told to push in chase of Vettel in the ailing Red Bull.
Lap 62: Buemi is 12th with Perez 13th, Barrichello 14th and maintaining that six second buffer over Schumacher.
Lap 62: That puts Button up into the final podium place, demoting Alonso to fourth for the run to the end.
Lap 61: Button sends his move on DRS down into Descida do Lago and powers past Alonso around the outside of the Ferrari in a fine move.
Lap 61: Alonso only just holds Button into the Senna S and they continue onto the back straight...
Lap 61: The gaps remain static towards the back end of the top 10, with di Resta holding eighth, Kobayashi ninth, Petrov 10th and Alguersuari 11th.

Lap 59: Button is set to remain ahead of Alonso in the final championship standings, even if the Spaniard finishes ahead this afternoon.
Lap 58: Di Resta in eighth has four seconds over Kobayashi, with Petrov a further six seconds back in 10th. Alguersuari is 11th, 3.1s behind the Russian.
Lap 58: Button is now just 3.8 seconds behind Alonso and closing rapidly on the Ferrari, which traditionally struggles for pace on harder tyres.
Lap 57: Barrichello is around six seconds clear of Schumacher, so a battle between them for 14th could provide some entertainment towards the end.
Lap 57: Button responds to that call with the fastest lap of the race at a 1m15.989s tour.
Lap 56: Barrichello pits from 14th place and is likely to rejoin somewhere close to Michael Schumacher.

Lap 52: Alguersuari rejoined in 11th place after that stop, just ahead of team-mate Buemi, but they are now 13 seconds behind Kobayashi and Petrov is between them.
Lap 52: Perez in 14th is desperate to get up the road and give his team-mate some help. He is attacking Barrichello, as Kovalainen pits from 16th.
Lap 51: Sutil tries his move again on Rosberg, preventing the comeback move from Rosberg this time to take over sixth.
Lap 51: Webber sets the fastest lap at a 1m16.115s, pulling 4.9 seconds clear of team-mate Vettel.
Lap 50: Alguersuari now comes in for that second stop in the Toro Rosso.
Lap 50: Sutil breezes around the outside of Rosberg into Turn 1 but the Mercedes man fights back in a great scrap between the pair.

Lap 49: Hamilton's retirement elevates Rosberg to sixth, who is now being chased strongly by Sutil in the Force India.

Lap 48: Hamilton pulls off the track at Turn 5 and is out of the race.
Lap 48: Hamilton is pulling to a halt in his McLaren. The gearbox has finally given up on that car.
Lap 47: Vettel is warned of his gearbox problem once again, having just set the fastest lap.
Lap 47: Massa resumes just ahead of Hamilton, with the undercut failing to work for the McLaren man.
