Lap 2: It's carnage at the Bus Stop as the rain hits.
Lap 1: That's a great start for McLaren but it's raining already at Stavelot!
Lap 1: Sutil almost loses his Force India at Les Combes but keeps it together after a solid start in sixth.
Lap 1: Down to Puhon, it is Hamilton from Kubica, Button, Vettel, Massa and Sutil.
Lap 1: Webber makes a terrible start and Hamilton leads from Kubica and Button through the La Source hairpin!
Lap 1: The five red lights go out and we are racing at Spa!
The field is now in position and we await a cracking start. Stand-by for action at Spa ...
Webber stops in his slot at the front of the grid. The front few rows are forming up well.
Some light drops of rain are falling as the pack heads to the grid.
The field slows for the Bus Stop chicane. Webber turns for home and gives the gas pedal a blast on his way to pole position.
Barrichello has the harder tyres on his Williams after being the only man to use the prime tyre in qualifying.
Webber begins the drop downhill and heads for Pouhon as the excitement build around the circuit. Four weeks we have been waiting for this.
Kubica is warned of that shower we mentioned, which the teams reckon could appear in about seven minutes.
Through the Eau Rouge climb and up to Les Combes, Webber is taking the pack round at a brisk pace.
The formation lap begins at Spa and Mark Webber leads the field of 24 away from the dummy grid.
The engines fire with a minute before the formation lap.
It is overcast once again on the grid as the teams keep eyes on a developing shower to the west of the circuit.
Will the field keep it clean on the opening lap? Who will win the F-duct battle up the Kemmel straight between Webber and Hamilton? In just a few minutes we shall find out.
The track temperature is 20 Celsius as the minutes tick down to the start at Spa.
There are just five minutes to go until the formation lap begins at Spa-Francorchamps.
The official F1 rain radar predicts no rain for the next 30 minutes. To the west, showers continue to move towards the circuit and should come into play in the second half of the race.
Those outside the top ten have a free choice of rubber and some may opt for the harder compound, given the teams don't have much knowledge of tyre performance after heavy disruption to practice.
Opposite the pits, a large Brazilian contingent have been enthusiastically chanting 'Ru-bin-ho, Ru-bin-ho' ahead of their driver's 300th grand prix start.
There is a packed crowd on hand around the circuit's grandstands and spectator banks.

The Belgian national anthem rings out over the public address system at Spa-Francorchamps, in the continuing sunshine and cloud cover.
The pitlane is now closed. Any driver not on the grid by now will be required to start the race from the pits, after everyone has gone.

Conditions are bright looking ahead from the grid towards La Source, but the black clouds are not too far away this afternoon.
Webber makes it onto the grid. He is being pushed towards the pole position by several Red Bull mechanics.
Kamui Kobayashi joins the racetrack and so too does Mark Webber after those tweaks to the Red Bull. He heads out on hard tyres.
The sunshine has vanished behind threatening clouds as cars stream around to take up position on the grid.
The track has dried considerably since that shower about 40 minutes ago and is comfortably in slick tyre territory.
Polesitter Mark Webber has been out for a lap, but has returned to the garage for further tweaks to the RB6. He should leave again shortly.
Alonso joins a train of cars heading through the pits before starting another lap to feel out the conditions.
Sebastian Vettel heads out of the pits as sunshine breaks through again above the paddock.
The FIA has declared a change in climatic conditions since qualifying, giving the teams the chance to make some minor tweaks to the cars.
Felipe Massa leaves the pits and Ferrari say that he will complete a couple of laps to check out the conditions and his F10.
Jenson Button heads of the McLaren garage on soft slick tyres for his lap to the grid.

During the next 15 minutes, they have several jobs to undertake. Support races and rain showers earlier this morning have changed the grip levels, so each driver will want to quickly ascertain how hard he can push when it comes to the early laps of the race.
They will check basic functions such the gearbox, drinks bottle and the all-important team radio.
The pitlane closes at 11:45 GMT. Any car not on the grid by then will be required to start from the pits.
