Verstappen examines the stranded Red Bull, which is now being looked at by Red Bull mechanics

Verstappen did a similar thing to Giovinazzi earlier in touching the white line under braking.
As our own Stuart Codling would say - Max has Verstoppened...

Yeah, we had the same reaction too.
Verstappen has beached it at Turn 5 and has brought out the red flag.
Bottas has run off track at Turn 5. He's kept it out of the barriers and is one his way again. Lost the rear on entry.
Our intrepid Grand Prix Editor Alex Kalinauckas is down at Turn 4 with Karun Chandhok, watching events as they unfold. He says that the "Honda in the AlphaTauri is noticeably louder and chattering at Turn 4. Much banging and bubbling each time as Gasly turns in".
Bottas deposes Norris at the top of the times with a 1m18.535s. Interestingly, still no lap time for Verstappen yet.
Current lap totals with 90 minutes of the morning session remaining:

Vettel 26
Latifi 23
Bottas 23
Norris 18
Ocon 18
Giovinazzi 16
Magnussen 8
Stroll 8
Gasly 8
Verstappen 6
Norris keeps the McLaren pinned on that lap and improves a bit to a 1m18.562s.
Stroll looked set to take over from Norris, but has come into pitlane.
Haas's Magnussen jumps up to top spot on C3s on his fourth lap of the day with a 1m19.106s.
We've had some more anthem suggestions! @mattbuck4950 has suggested the Ski Sunday theme for Belgium, given Eau Rouge/Raidillon is currently laying under a sheet of snow, @bungyf1 suggests Back in Vietnam - Lenny Kravitz for Vietnam, and @cbardswell has suggested Slide Away by Oasis for last year's German GP. Keep 'em coming at #autosportanthems!
While we have a pause, here's a rundown of the standings thus far with around an hour and 50 minutes to go.

Stroll - 1m19.244s
Vettel - 1m19.373s
Giovinazzi - 1m19.670s
Bottas - 1m20.424s
Ocon - 1m20.621s
Norris - 1m21.366s
Latifi - 1m31.116s
Just before the Alfa went off, Stroll guided the Racing Point top of the times with a 1m19.244s.
Giovinazzi touched the white line on the way into Turn 4 and spun into the barrier.
Speaking of whom, Giovinazzi has had an accident at Turn 3/4 section. Rear of the car is damaged.
Bit of confusion over what tyres Giovinazzi ran on his best lap. He definitely did have the C5s on around that time, though the TV tells us it was the C3s. We shall investigate further.
Vettel, meanwhile, takes over top spot on the C3s with a 1m19.373s. Giovinazzi has switched tyres to the C3s as well, but stays second on this lap.
As expected, we've now got a bit of activity on the timesheets now the track has dried out more. Stroll guides the Racing Point to second spot, though 0.693s off the pace.
Giovinazzi goes quickest on the C5s with a 1m19.670s.
Vettel deposes Giovinazzi in second spot on the C3s, missing top spot by 0.038s.
Giovinazzi jumps up to second in the Alfa on the C5s with a 1m20.732s. Alfa test driver Robert Kubica set the best pace on Wednesday on that compound.
Bottas was set to go quicker again on that tour, but has come into pitlane. Meanwhile, Latifi joins the action. With the track now looking suitable for slicks, hopefully we'll get a flurry of activity soon as the second hour almost reaches its conclusion.
Bottas moves the goalposts again with a 1m20.454s, Norris on a quick one too.
Bottas improves the pace to a 1m21.911s on the development C2 rubber. Norris looks like he'll make some sort of improvement on his C4s on this lap.
Giorgio Piola has also spotted said bargeboards, which feature an array of shutter-like elements between the vertical turning vanes. These should further help to clean up and direct the turbulent airflow shed by the front wheels - while the main turning vane has a small slot to assist that further.

Bottas is on the Zandvoort development tyres, which are the C2 compound.
Norris was on a purple lap on C4s, but bailed at the end of it - a move greeted by much disappointment from the circuit press room.
Our own JBL has spotted some new bargeboards on the Red Bull. He'll delve further into those in a bit.
Verstappen has a bit of a spin at the last chicane. But no harm done.
