Perez was on a time attack, but had a snap on the way into Turn 13 and had to take to the old last corner.
We've cooked up a few more suggestions for our football name game: Ickx-wich Town, Crewe Alessandro Zanardi, BSC Yoong Boys and Hill-as Verona. You can also join in on Twitter with #autosportnames!
Williams has reverted to the older rear wing for this run for Russell.
Hamilton logged a personal best last time around of 1m17.205s.
Ricciardo improves, this time on the C4 tyre, but falls 0.049s short of Perez's benchmark after failing to set a personal best in the final sector.
Russell has pitted after a burst on the softest C5 tyre. A personal best on his hot lap dragged the Williams up to sixth, 0.360s off the benchmark.
Sainz has gone out on C1s, so looks like the beginning of a long run for the McLaren driver.
Leclerc rejoins the action after a brief pause. He's fourth at present with a 1m16.580s - one of five drivers to dip into the 1m16s barrier today.
Leclerc's on the C5s, so hopefully he's going to go for a time attack now.
Leclerc takes over top spot with a 1m16.457s, despite being some 30km/h down in the speedtrap on Raikkonen in the Ferrari-powered Alfar Romeo.
With an hour to go in this session, the times look like this:

Leclerc - 1m16.457s
Perez - 1m16.658s
Ricciardo - 1m16.707s
Sainz - 1m16.820s
Kvyat - 1m16.914s
Russell - 1m17.018s
Grosjean - 1m17.037s
Hamilton - 1m17.205s
Albon - 1m17.803s
Raikkonen 1m18.199s
Bahrain was where Leclerc was robbed of his first race win on only his second start at the wheel of a Ferrari.
Just 6.5 hours flight from London, with flights just £404 and grandstand tickets from Motorsport Tickets from just £126, you could experience the first night race of the season in person.

Albon has spun off at Turn 12, but managed to stop the car from getting beached.
The Red Bull just swapped round on Albon as he went through Turn 12. Luckily doesn't look to be too much gravel on track.
Grosjean is pounding around on C3s right now. This has been a 16-lap stint so far, with a pace of 1m23s suggesting he's carrying a fair bit of fuel onboard that Haas. He's the only one on track right now.
Ricciardo and Kvyat have come onto track, as has Russell. Ricciardo has headed out on a fresh set of C5s.
Leclerc sets the best time of the day with a 1m16.360s on C5 rubber. Ricciardo, also on C5s, went second quickest.
Leclerc's lap is the second-quickest time of testing.
Hamilton, who previously held the second-fastest lap of testing, goes second in this session with a 1m16.500s on C5s.
Raikkonen finds a bit of time on this lap in ninth with a 1m17.961s.
Hamilton is going for another run on fresh C5s with just under 40 minutes to go.
Hamilton's lap time gain really came from the final sector, showing just how sweet handling a car that Mercedes is.
Ricciardo goes top on C5s in the Renault with a 1m16.276s.
Here's a final pre-lunch look at the lap counts:

Hamilton 80
Leclerc 71
Grosjean 68
Ricciardo 65
Sainz 64
Albon 59
Raikkonen 54
Kvyat 49
Perez 43
Russell 43
Just half an hour to go in this session and the order looks like this:

Ricciardo - 1m16.276s
Leclerc - 1m16.360s
Hamilton - 1m16.410s
Perez - 1m16.658s
Sainz - 1m16.820s
Russell - 1m16.871s
Kvyat - 1m16.914s
Grosjean - 1m17.037s
Raikkonen - 1m17.561s
Albon - 1m17.803s
Just Hamilton and Grosjean out on track at the moment. Hamilton out on the C4s.
Raikkonen's joined the party now in the Alfa. Just 20 minutes left in this session.
Grosjean has been pounding around in his Haas - he started with a lengthy effort on the C3s before switching the C2s. The times he's doing suggests he's had a race-length fuel load on board.
Grosjean has come in and switch back to the C3s, so he'll be completing his race sim just before the lunch break.
It's all gone a bit quiet out there - Raikkonen has headed in, leaving just Grosjean and Kvyat on the track.
But it appears that Raikkonen was just making a brief trip to the pits as he returns to action for Alfa.
Kvyat is running on the C4 tyres - but he's been on them for five laps now so he's not troubling the top of the times.
Hamilton has headed out again and is taking his time to do a practice start at the end of the pitlane.
Hamilton is touring around slowly - he's warming up his new C3 tyres.
