Williams appear to be running a new rear wing.
Sainz has swapped his C2s for C3s and is lighting up the timing screens again.
Stopwatch
Sainz moves the goalposts with a 1m16.822s and is now 1.038s clear of second-placed Grosjean.
Sainz's lap is actually a tiny bit quicker than Vettel's Thursday-topping time.
Kvyat slashes Sainz's advantage at the top of the timesheets to 0.536s with a lap of 1m17.358s on C3s.

As you can see, Williams has been running with a spoon-shaped wing this morning. Shaped to produce as much downforce as possible while also trimming drag from the less critical areas, it's ideal for circuits like Baku and Montreal.

Crash
Raikkonen has had a spin at the final corner.
The Alfa driver has gotten going again.
Replay shows Raikkonen dropped it on the exit of Turn 15 as he applied the throttle and round he went. Similar to Kubica's spin in the Alfa on Wednesday.
One thing that we spotted during that Raikkonen spin is that he's sporting a new engine cover design - one that uses the mini shark-fin that Alfa ran with last year. When we've got a clearer image, we'll show you...
Raikkonen gains a bit of lap time and moves up to seventh with a 1m18.204s on C3s.
Stopwatch
Sainz shaves 0.002s off of his previous best to improve to a 1m16.820s. That's the third-fastest time of the pre-season.
Looks like Hamilton is on a bit of a long run again on the C3s. He's currently fifth fastest, 1.167s off the pace.
Twitter
Russell has finally put a lap on the board. It's a 1m18.766s on C4s, which puts him 10th.
Twitter
Track has fallen pretty quiet. Only Ricciardo and Russell circulating as the second hour nears its end.
Hamilton heads out on a fresh set of C3s as Russell heads back in.
Current pacesetter Sainz follows Hamilton onto the circuit.
Some more football-themed suggestions from you guys - @ReeveSf90 has given us Haasenal, and @Gumstarr's in with Paris Sainz Germain. And then there's @AeternoVeloce with Pierre Gas-Leeds United, and pun-fiend @CGEustice with Strollympique Marseille. Great stuff, keep 'em coming at #autosportnames!

Racing Point had a bit of a brain fart and almost sent Perez on his way with three C5s and a C3 tyre.
Crash
Grosjean had a bit of an off on the way into Turn 7, but managed to steer his Haas clear of the barriers.
Just Raikkonen lapping at the moment. He's improved to a 1m18.199s and sits 10th.
