Lap count as things stand:

Hamilton 41
Grosjean 39
Gasly 37
Leclerc 37
Albon 37
Russell 31
Raikkonen 30
Norris 26
Perez 23
Ricciardo 17
As it stands, most teams are comfortably on pace to clear the 100-lap mark again today. Even accounting for the continuity in regulations, it's been an exceptionally smooth beginning to the pre-season.
Here's how things stand after two hours (and after those Russell and Raikkonen laps):

1 Perez 1m17.347s
2 Ricciardo +0.402s
3 Gasly +0.818s
4 Leclerc +0.988s
5 Hamilton +1.040s
6 Albon +1.076s
7 Russell +1.174s
8 Raikkonen +1.256s
9 Grosjean + 2.233s
10 Norris +2.234s
A slight improvement from Raikkonen that time by, but it's not enough to move him up from eighth place.
It took Williams until one hour and 45 minutes had passed to set a time on day one, which the team later explained was because Russell was "collecting aero data in several different configurations" during the early running.
And Russell is finally on the board with a 1m18.521s on the C3s that puts him seventh.
Russell does now appear to be on a hot lap - he's just 0.6s off Perez's best after two sectors.
As we approach the halfway point of the morning running, it's just Williams driver Russell who is yet to post a time - although he has been out and done 24 laps.
Perez owns the first two sectors of the track, but he is 0.1s off Ricciardo's best time in sector three.
And that's the top spot for Perez with a 1m17.347s on the C3s.
And Perez stays on it through sector two on the C3s - he's gone purple again.
Norris improves his personal best by 0.7s, but he stays P9 again.
It's a personal best overall for Norris on 1m20.858s for McLaren, but he doesn't move up from P9.
Norris again sets his best time in the second sector, but he's some way off the fastest time so far.
Norris has stayed out and on it - he sets a new personal best in the first sector.
Norris has thankfully headed back out for McLaren - let's see if he does more than an installation lap.
Gasly is also lapping pretty consistently in the 1m21s on the C3s - so gathering some long run data for AlphaTauri.
Gasly is racking up the miles for AlphaTauri - he's done 37 laps, just two behind Grosjean, who is on the most for Haas with 39.
Leclerc comes back in after touring slowly around for Ferrari for just two laps.
Hamilton comes into to give Mercedes a bit more pitstop practice - but this time he is wheeled back into the garage.
Gasly, Hamilton and Grosjean are the only cars on a relatively quiet track right now.
Sounds like Mercedes just had Hamilton come in for a bit of pitstop practice, judging by the squeals as he pulled away from his pitbox beneath us.
Grosjean just set a personal best for Haas, but he remains down in P8.
Here's a better look (sorry Renault) at the new pacesetter in action

Here's a better look (sorry Renault) at the new pacesetter in action

Lando Norris has just returned to the McLaren garage - he's only done 10 laps so far.
After that flurry of fast times, the action has taken somewhat of a lull.
After Mercedes completed a lot of running on the C3s yesterday, Mercedes has spent most of the morning so far running on the harder C2s.
