Rob Huff tops morning World Touring Car practice in China
Rob Huff was quickest in an uneventful morning practice session for the World Touring Car Championship's Shanghai event at the Tianma circuit
The Chevrolet driver's early 1m05.750s lap was sufficient to keep him on top until the end of the half-hour session, 0.214 seconds clear of the second-placed BMW of ROAL's Tom Coronel.
Huff's title rival and team-mate Yvan Muller was third, with the third works Cruze of Friday testing pacesetter Alain Menu back in seventh.
Robert Dahlgren kept Polestar's Volvo near the front in fourth place, ahead of BMW duo Colin Turkington (Wiechers Sport) and Kristian Poulsen (Engstler).
As had been the case on Friday, the SEATs were struggling to get among the frontrunners, with Gabriele Tarquini the best of their number in a distant 12th.
