Service B, Felindre: notes and quotes
Marcus Gronholm (Peugeot) - leader: "It looks pretty good now. We will try to keep the lead, but with no risks because we have to think about the manufacturers' points. There's a long way to go. At service, we will just be changing the tyres and things like that - nothing more."
(Peugeot) - second overall, "+11.9s: "There is no pressure on us, as we are not registered to score manufacturer points here so we can push hard and see what happens. It's strange to see so many world champions parked up by the side of the road."
(Subaru) - third overall, +19.4s: "I braked a little too late for a junction, but it wasn't a big moment. It's a very high pressure situation for everybody, and we all cope as best as we can."
(Hyundai) - fourth overall, +40.8s: "The car's going well and the tyres are working well. I'm disappointed for Colin, but he can still win it if Richard goes out. But yeah I'm disappointed. When I'm in the points this early, I usually don't finish."
(Ford) - fifth overall, +54.0s: "I've just looked at the times for the first time today. We had a bit of a problem on the last stage (SS4) when the car was very oversteery, but at the moment I'm enjoying the car. We just keep learning and learning. Seeing what's happened to some of the guys at the front, we don't want to do anything stupid. When you're on the limit, things do happen. The stages are a bit quicker than last year, due to the better conditions."
(Subaru) - seventh overall, +1:01.0s: "It's a new car, a new team and I am enjoying it and learning a lot. Each stage is better and better. The car is different and very, very good. The suspension is going almost flat over most bumps."
(Hyundai Accent WRC) - ninth: "It has been quite slippery. We lost fourth gear on stage three, they will change the gearbox here."
(SEAT Cordoba WRC) - 12th: "I am enjoying it very much. It feels a little rusty as I have spent too long away from the car. If we keep it in there we can get the speed up. I lost a lot of time on SS1 but went better on two and three. The spectators are not brilliantly behaved, one or two crossed the road in front of me which is not good."
