11h02m The #50 GT1 class leading Saleen is into the pits. No driver change and Gabriele Gardel heads back into a very healthy lead.
11h00m Now the #76 Porsche 997, which had been closing in on the #63 Corvette, comes into the pits.
10h59m In GT1, the #50 Larbre Competition Saleen maintains a three lap lead over the Luc Alphand Adventures Corvette #73. The Matech Competition #60 car that led for a long time is third, but seven laps down on second place after hitting trouble in the last couple of hours.
10h59m Danny Watts continuing to lap at a phenomenal pace, almost three seconds faster than anyone else in the LMP2 class. The lead #64 Corevtte in GT2 comes into the pits for a full driver change, with Olivier Beretta having built up a handy lead of about five minutes over the #63 Corvette.
10h56m Full service and a driver change for the third placed #8 Audi. Marcel Faessler climbs out, handing control to Andre Lotterer.
10h54m Disaster for Tim Greaves in the #41 Ginetta, who spins into the barriers moments after leaving the pits.
10h54m The #12 Rebellion Lola coupe is wheeled back into the garage with problems. Neel Jani was on board, in 20th position overall.
10h53m Confirmation now that Johnny O'Connell's incident at Indianapolis hasn't cost the #63 Corvette track position, but the Felbermayr #97 Porsche 997 is less than forty second behind. Antonio Garcia replaced O'Connell when the team called him in to check the car out for damage, and he'll have his work cut out to re-establish the #63 car's gap.
10h51m Loic Duval takes the wheel of the #4 Peugeot, as Sarrazin continues out front in the #2 factory 908.
10h50m The BMS Scuderia Italia team bring their #97 Porsche 997 into the pits for tyres and a burst of fuel. A not-quite-fresh looking Jean Alesi watches as Giancarlo replaces him in the #95 Ferrari 430, currently running fifth in class.
10h48m Now we see the #4 Oreca Peugeot in for regular service. Nicolas Lapierre climbs out of the car for a driver handover, but it remains in second position.
10h47m The #28 Radical SR9 comes into the pits, and there's a bit of a delay while the team check for damage seemingly on the side of the car. They're currently 26 laps down on the lead #42 HPD.
10h45m Audi #9 is in the pits from third place. Timo Bernhard clambers out of the R15 Plus and hands over to Romain Dumas.
10h44m Lead #42 car in LMP2, the Strakka Racing HPD, comes into the pits. Another polished stop and the car will rejoin still in the lead, having come into the pitlane with a three lap advanatge over the #26 Highcroft Racing HPD.
10h41m Interesting battle to keep an eye on between Warren Hughes in the #40 Quifel Ginetta and Guillaum Moreau in the #35 Pescarolo-Judd. The #35 car is third, around 90 seconds ahead on the track, but Hughes has been consistently lapping around 1.5s a lap faster...
10h39m The #1 is in the pits but there is no request for that bodywork change. Davidson is refueled and away to resume the chase of the Audis.
10h36m That incident lost Davidson just over one minute. He is now 1m57s down on the #7 Audi.
10h36m Johnny O'Connell in that #63 Corvette still in the gravel - he had been on a strong run and had the gap down to just 12.130 seconds to the lead #64 Corvette. The #77 Felbermayr-Proton looks likely to move into second unless the marshals can get O'Connell's Corvette going in a hurry.
10h35m The Peugeot #1 pit crew have readied a front wing, just incase Anthony Davidson feels the need to come in after that incident at the Dunlop curves.
10h33m Reports coming in that the #63 Corvette - currently second in GT2 - has had an off at Post 96 down at Indianapolis
10h31m Replays show that Davidson possibly made contact with one of the Porsche entries entering the Dunlop curve. He didn't pit and is quickly up to speed once again.
10h30m Great shots of Danny Watts in the leading #42 Strakka HPD making full use of the kerbs - Watts really pushing and he's lapping around two seconds a lap faster than the #26 Highcroft HPD in second.
10h28m Davidson had been pushing like crazy before the spin and had the gap to the #7 Audi down to just 29 seconds.
10h27m Davidson is helped by a few of the ACO marshals and rejoins the circuit.
10h27m The recovering #1 Peugeot is still lapping very quickly in a bid to wrest fifth from the #7 Audi. But now Davidson has pushed too hard. He's in the gravel!
10h26m Confirmation that the #77 Porsche 997 rejoins and stays third. The #89 Hankook Ferrari 430 GT into the pits now - the team were running sixth, which they should keep after a polished stop.
10h23m Meantime, the leading #2 Peugeot is into the pits. Stephane Sarrazin remains on board and is quickly rolling back out, still in front.
10h22m Confusion down in the Kolles pit as both entries come in together. The #14 is quickly ushered back out onto the circuit again.
10h21m #77 Porsche 997 of the Team Felbermayr Proton into the pits - routine stop and they rejoin. The team were running third in class up until that stop
10h19m Right then, a quick recap of the LMP2 class - the #64 Strakka Racing HPD has a two lap advantage over the #26 Highcroft Racing HPD, with the #35 Pescarolo-Judd a further two laps behind
10h18m Anthony Davidson is quickly running into the 3m23s bracket in the #1 Peugeot. The gap between it and the fifth placed #7 Audi is down to only 38 seconds.
10h13m The #008 Signature Plus Lola Aston Martin has been into the pits from 11th position, but is quickly back on track once again.
10h11m The #60 is wheeled back into pitlane and Thomas Mutsch rejoins the race.
10h10m Down in the Matech Competition #60 pit, the repairs look close to being complete. The car has fallen way back to third place in the GT1 class, some ten laps down.
10h08m The #4 Oreca has just been into the pits. Fuel only and Nicolas Lapierre roars back into the action, still in second place.
10h07m The gap between the two leading Peugeots - the #2 factory car and the #4 Team Oreca car is hovering at around 95 seconds. The #9 Audi is one lap down in third with the #8 entry a further 64 seconds back in fourth.
10h04m Franchitti pits the #26 and the car resumes on fresh rubber after that puncture.
10h01m It is a puncture for the #26 Highcroft car and the crew is waiting in the pitlane for Franchitti to make it back.
10h01m Bernhard stays in the car as takes fuel only. He rejoins after a quick stop.
10h00m Timo Bernhard is also on a rapid pace in the third placed #9 Audi. The car is one lap down ... and now in the pits.
