2h05m The works Corvettes are still out front in GT2, with the Risi Ferrari and the #77 Felbermayr Porsche next up
2h06m Leinders is heading back to the pits in what's left of the #70 Ford GT
2h10m Weather conditions are heavily overcast as we progress through the third hour of the race, but there is no indication that we wil see any rain in the near future.
2h12m The three factory Peugeots are continuing to run at metronomic speed. Marc Gene just turned a lap of 3m23.733s in the #1 car.
2h14m The #82 Risi Competizione car is in the pits for routine service and rejoins without losing the lead in GT2.
2h18m In GT1, the #60 Matech Competition Ford GT enjoys a healthy lead of almost two minutes over the #73 Corvette, with the Young Driver AMR Aston Martin in third place.
2h19m Bas Leinders has made it back to the pits in the #70 Ford GT. The Marc VDS Racing Team crew are now taking a rather serious look at the remains of the car.
2h22m Up front, Franck Montagny is marginally pulling away in the #2 factory Peugeot. He has a lead of 11 seconds over Pedro Lamy in the #3 car with Marc Gene driving the #1 entry in third place.
2h23m With pitstops for the #96 and #76 cars, the #64 Corvette retakes the lead in LM GT2 as the mighty scrap continues.
2h25m The leader pits in the #2 Peugeot, but there are problems for Pedro Lamy in the #3 car. It looks like he has a puncture.
2h26m Marc Gene passes in the #1 entry to take over second place, as Lamy guides the smoking 908 back to the pits.
2h26m The Peugeot crew is ready to receive Lamy when he arrives, but he is still some distance from home.
2h28m The #1 Peugeot comes into the pits and as well as routine service, Marc Gene climbs out and hands over to Anthony Davidson.
2h30m Pedro Lamy has made it back to the pits in the #3 Peugeot and there is clearly more wrong at the front of the car. Rather than a puncture, it is thought to be a suspension problem that has halted the car.
2h31m The Audi R15s are also in and Allan McNish hands over to Tom Kristensen in the #7 car.
2h33m The #9 Audi was also in for a stop. Timo Bernhard handed over the controls to Romain Dumas and he got out ahead of Kristensen.
2h34m Peugeot team boss Olivier Quesnel confirms that it's game over for the #3 with front suspension problems.
2h36m So with that retirement the order changes. The #1 Peugeot takes over at the front with #2 in second place, but around one minute back.
2h38m The #4 Team Oreca Matmut car moves up into third position, with the #9 Audi in fourth and Tom Kristensen fifth in the #7 machine.
2h39m The battle in GT1 is very close, with the #60 Matech Competition Ford GT leading the #73 Luc Alphand Adventures Corvette by just 23 seconds.
2h41m The pair of Corvette C6 ZR1s lead the way in GT2, with the #64 currently driven by Olivier Beretta ahead of the #63 entry. The gap between them is a mere seven seconds.
2h43m The #69 JLOC car has found trouble in the form of a puncture. It is on its way slowly back to the pits.
2h46m At Peugeot, the retired #3 car makes for a sorry sight as the car is covered up, but out front there are still three 908s leading the pack, separated by just 24 seconds.
2h47m Tom Kristensen is up to fourth place in the #7 Audi ahead of Romain Dumas in the #9 car.
2h49m In GT1, the Young Driver AMR #52 with Tomas Enge at the wheel has passed the Luc Alphand Adventures #73 Corvette for second place.
2h50m Audi: Peugeot pulls Shroud of Le Mans over No. 3 car. No work being done on it. How do you say? Fini
2h51m The Drayson Lola has been pushed back into the garage with some sort of mechanical problem, while the #12 Rebellion Lola has lost some time after Neel Jani made contact with a GT2 car
2h54m The Drayson team is checking the vibration that both Paul Drayson and Jonny Cocker have been complaining about since the start. Emanuele Pirro will hop in for the next stint
2h56m The #28 Race Performance Radical isn't having a great race. It's sitting in the gravel again. This time at Indianapolis with Pierre Bruneau behind the wheel
2h57m The BMW art car is back in the race following its earlier problem
2h57m The #83 Risi Ferrari has just been pushed back into the garage. Cars are dropping like flies at the three-hour mark
3h00m Three hours in. Sarrazin leads Davidson by six seconds, with Lapierre a further 15s back in the ORECA 908
3h01m Strakka still leading LMP2 from Highcroft. The RML Lola is third
3h02m The Highcroft car has just been in for a stop and replaced the windscreen, which was knocked out of place during the previous driver change
3h04m The #38 Pegasus Norma and the Spyker just had a sizeable crash at the Porsche Curves. It looks like the Spyker had a failure and wiped out the Norma on its way to the barrier. The Spyker has made it back to the pits but the Norma is still wounded on track
3h05m The #60 Ford still leads GT1, but the Young Driver Aston Martin and #73 Alphand Corvette are still in touch
3h06m Olivier Beretta continues to lead GT2 for Corvette, but Gianmaria Bruni is closing in the #82 Risi Ferrari with Johnny O'Connell right behind him in the #63 Corvette. Felbermayr and Imsa Porsches are next, ahead of AF Corse and Hankook Ferraris
3h08m The Norma is back in the pits now as the Pegasus team goes to work on the damage
3h10m Peugeot responds to Audi's Twitter jibe...
