Christensen has made a splash-and-dash in the GTE Pro leading Porsche, cutting his lead to 1m12s.
We now have a yellow flag in the area approaching the Porsche Curves.
SMP Racings #35 Dallara is under investigation for its latest pitstop. Newey is at the wheel of that car.
And the answer is 25 seconds. That's a tall ask for Duval in the final 24 minutes, as Gommendy is certainly no slouch. That looks to have wrapped up the final podium placings then.
That stop means the #8 Toyota has a one-lap lead heading into the final 25 minutes.
Crucial pitstop coming up for TDS Racing in the fight for the final podium place in LMP2. Duval was 34s ahead of Gommendy when he came in for his final splash. It won't be enough to keep him ahead, but how far will he emerge behind?

Fisichella is in the #54 Ferrari against the class-leading Dempsey Porsche driven by Ried.

The gap is 3m12.527s, with Fisichella clearly the quicker driver.

What looked like a sealed and signed class win for most of this race may become trickier.
The #8 Toyota shared by Buemi, Nakajima and Alonso now has a two-lap lead with Nakajima at the wheel.

Well Kobayashi really is getting a kicking from race control. It's now another 10s stop/go penalty, this time for exceeding stint length.

Remember he missed his pitstop and was forced to tour again slowly.
Jani is hit with a 10s stop/go for exceeding fuel allowance, but that will make no difference to what is likely a dead cert fourth place finish.
Campbell's running superbly in the GTE Am class leader, he's on a quadruple stint that's got him a lap ahead of the field.
Estre hands over to Christensen for the run to the flag, while Makowiecki is back on board the second-placed #91 Porsche. Muller gains a little in the #68 Ford by staying on board in his last stop, but he still has 12 seconds to find in the closing 38 minutes.

LMP2 is very strung out now, and G-Drive Racing's #26 ORECA has dominated the race.

Vergne still leads the class and is now two laps up on the Signatech Alpine of Lapierre, but he is almost 3s faster than Vergne currently.

That has to be a legacy of missing his pitstop and having to coast around for a lap.
So swift was there action that the yellow has just been removed.
Double yellow flags are in place where Button has gone off, but the marshals are acting quickly to push the #11 behind the barrier.
Into the pits comes the #1 Rebellion, which looks like its lost any chance of a podium - unless there's any drama ahead in the final hour.
The #69 Ford has been stuck in the garage for more than an hour now with electrical gremlins. It means the top Aston Martin Vantage is now ninth in class, albeit four laps down.
Button pulls off to the side of the track in the #11 SMP BR1 just before Indianapolis. Replays showed a puff of smoke from the back of the car while he was on the approaching straight.

The #8 Toyota comes in on its planned pitstop lap, (presumably). Nakajima is in for a quick service and is sent back out again.
The #92 Porsche's lead is down to less than two minutes for the first time in... well, a while. But with only an hour and nine minutes left on the clock, and a 1m57s advantage in hand, we don't suppose Kevin Estre will be overly concerned.
Some jogging and exercising going on in the G-Drive Racing garage, but after almost 23 hours of racing, we'll not join in with that.
