Fight for fifth going on in GTE Pro between the Ford of Dixon and the Corvette of Rockenfeller. They both moved ahead of Giovinazzi's #52 Ferrari after the Italian spent two minutes in the pits in the last round of stops.
Conway takes over #7 after Kobayashi pits out of the lead.
Hanley has got going sans rear wing and with a deranged left rear corner.
Hanley is off at the end of the Porsche Curves in the DragonSpeed BRE. He's clonked the tyre barriers quite hard after skipping through the gravel.
Buemi is in after 11 laps. The Swiss was 40-plus seconds up when he headed into the pitlane.
Lotterer is back in the pits in the #1 Rebellion — not sure that was a full 10-lap stint.
The GTE Pro leaders have all taken the opportunity to stop. Estre maintains a 2m18s lead over Porsche team-mate Lietz out front, while Hand is another 52 back in the lead Ford.
There's been a crash for Matteo Cairoli's #88 Dempsey-Proton car at the Ford chicane. That's the sister car to the Am class-leading #77. Slow zone is in place after that.
Lotterer has just taken over the #1 Rebellion. That car is now around 75s behind the sister #3. We'll keep a close eye on that battle.
Buemi is smashing Kobayashi at the moment. His last lap was a 3m18.756s - only a little more than a second off his current fastest lap - which was more than five seconds faster than the Japanese driver could manage in the #7 Toyota.
Rojas pits the IDEC Sport ORECA from fourth in LMP2 and rejoins in the same position. the chasing United Autosports Ligier is more than two minutes further back.
Buemi was absolutely mustard in the early morning shift two years ago, which pretty much won the race for the #5 Toyota (until the car lost power with six minutes to go, of course).
Kobayash has stayed in the #7, but is now 21s behind Buemi.
Unfortunately, BMW has had to retire the #82 car after that Sims shunt.
The time the #47 spent in the pits has given the #10 DragonSpeed car another position overall. It's now up to 19th, but 23 laps off the leading Toyotas.
Jani is now on the same lap as the sister car — just about.
Remarkably, Segal is still in the car as it's hoisted several feet into the air. Don't drop it, lads!
A new front end goes on the Villorba Corse, and Sernagiotto trundles down the pitlane to rejoin the circuit.
Jeff Segal has been off at the second Mulsanne chicane in the #85 JMW Ferrari and is getting a helping hand from a recovery vehicle to get back on track.
Sernagiotto has got going again after his crash, but is dragging his mangled front end across the ground (at what looks like relatively high speed) on his way back to the pits. Sparks aplenty.
Seems Sims spun and hit the wall with the rear of the #82 BMW at the Porsche Curves, puncturing the rear-right tyre.
Race control reports debris on track at pit entry. That's from the BMW that has been wheeled into the garage.
The slow zone is in place from Mulsanne right up to Arnage, just past the scene of the crash.
More woe for BMW - the #82 of Alexander Sims is billowing smoke, and dives into the pits.
We're about to have our first slow zone for some hours. Sernagiotto has gone off at Indianapolis in the #47 Villorba Corse car.
Stevens brings the #23 Panis Barthez Ligier into the pits from second. He now has a comfortable margin over the Signatech Alpine.
A four-minute stop for Laurent in the #3 Rebellion., but the Frenchman is still ahead of the sister car with Jani at the wheel.
The deed was done into Mulsanne Corner. Kobayashi clearly made room for his team-mate.
... and he's past. #8 is now leading for the first time since yesterday evening.
Negrao pits from third in class in the #36 Signatech Alpine, handing over to Lapierre. The car was more than a minute behind the second-placed Panis Barther Ligier before its stop.
