Johnny Sauter grabbed pole position for the SBC 250 Busch race at the Milwaukee Mile tonight

Sauter, driving the #1 Dodge, lapped the historic track with an average speed of 122.595 mph, setting a new circuit record.

This was Sauter's first pole of the season - his third Busch career pole.

Starting alongside Sauter on the front row will be Denny Hamlin, while Paul Menard and Ron Hordanay will start third and fourth respectively.

Series points leader Reed Sorenson will start from 23rd on the grid.
