Guerrieri wins race two at Zolder

Esteban Guerrieri scored his maiden Superleague Formula victory in race two of his series debut at Zolder today

The 24-year-old Argentine, representing Al-Ain FC, charged through the field from the seventh row of the grid and passed the Atletico Madrid car of Ho-Pin Tung in the final five laps of the race, which had begun behind the safety car on a drying track.

"I started race two from 13th place on the grid having finished sixth on my SLF race debut - despite a spin," said the former F3 and World Series race winner. "I'm delighted with this result and for Al Ain and I absolutely love these cars."

Adrian Valles completed the podium representing Liverpool after successfully seeing off a challenge from Olympiacos's Davide Rigon.
