Pedrosa confident regardless of weather
Dani Pedrosa says he does not mind what the weather brings for tomorrow's British Grand Prix, as he believes his Repsol Honda will be competitive in all conditions
Final practice and qualifying at Donington Park took place on a dry track, after Friday's sessions had both been rain-affected - with Pedrosa going quickest in the wet practice two.
Rain remains a possibility for race day, but although Pedrosa said he would prefer dry conditions, he believes his practice form bodes well if the race is wet.
"I think that today went quite good, we did a good job in the morning and this afternoon," said Pedrosa.
"We had some problems in the qualifying session with qualifying settings, but the front row is important.
"The race is more important - I hope weather is good for tomorrow but we will wait and see.
"Even in rain we did a good job in practice so I am quite confident."
Pedrosa will share the front row of the grid with the two Yamahas, while his Repsol Honda teammate Nicky Hayden has qualified a season-best fourth.
