DTM Valencia: Augusto Farfus became the series' first South American winner for 20 years, but the even bigger story was his BMW stablemate Bruno Spengler's recovery drive to sixth, slashing the championship gap to Gary Paffett to only three points ahead of the Hockenheim season finale. Jamie O'Leary reports.

Formula Renault 3.5 Paul Ricard: Ferrari F1 tester Jules Bianchi stole the lead of the championship from rookie sensation Robin Frijns and Mercedes F1 reserve Sam Bird thanks to a race two victory in France. Antonio Felix da Costa was also a winner, under the watchful eyes of Glenn Freeman.

F2 Monza: Luciano Bacheta made his long-expected Formula 2 title official at the historic Italian circuit as Swiss drivers Matheo Tuscher and Christopher Zanella triumphed just 20 miles from their national border. Ben Evans was there to see the action unfold.
