Helio Castroneves, Julian Leal win Juan Pablo Montoya's kart race
IndyCar's Helio Castroneves and GP2 driver Julian Leal shared the wins in Juan Pablo Montoya's charity kart race on the streets of Medellin in Colombia on Saturday
Montoya's third annual Race of Stars was broadcast live on Colombian television. All proceeds went to his Formula Smiles Foundation, which raises money for underprivileged children in Colombia.
Future Penske IndyCar team-mates Castroneves and Montoya (pictured above, image courtesy of Jaime Perez) were joined in the entry by NASCAR Sprint Cup racers Joey Logano and Kurt Busch, plus leading Colombian talents such as Indianapolis 500 sensation and 2014 Andretti Autosport IndyCar signing Carlos Munoz.

Leal beat Logano to victory on a damp but drying track in the daylight race. With the grid set by practice times reversed, both benefitted from mechanical problems that meant they had no pre-race running. Montoya came from last to beat Munoz to second.
In the floodlit night race, Castroneves defeated Logano in a big battle for the win, with Indy Lights man Gabby Chaves completing the podium.
