Juan Montoya continued his run of good form by grabbing pole for the Miller Lite 225 at Milwaukee on Saturday

The Columbian, who scored an impressive victory in the Indy 500 last week, had the fastest lap at 20.899sec.

Scot Dario Franchitti turned his bad luck around and qualified second.

Patrick Carpentier, Gil de Ferran, Christian Fittipaldi, Paul Tracy, Roberto Moreno, Mauricio Gugelmin, Max Papis and Michael Andretti completed the top-10.
