France fastest in Saturday practice
Loic Duval kept up Team France's good form with fastest time in the Saturday morning free practice session at Taupo in New Zealand
The Formula Nippon racer, who will be looking to break his and France's recent A1GP win drought, was just over a tenth of a second quicker than Team Great Britain returnee Robbie Kerr.
It was another extremely windy session, with plenty of incidents as dust blew across the tight circuit. Nonetheless, Duval went faster than he did in topping yesterday's session, going three tenths quicker than Friday.
Christian Vietoris, back in the Team Germany seat in place of Michael Ammermuller, was third quickest, with points leader Neel Jani next up for Team Switzerland.
Among the drivers to have off-track excursions were Jeroen Bleekemolen (Team Netherlands), Sergio Jimenez (Team Brazil) and Narain Karthikeyan (Team India).
Both Adrian Zaugg (Team South Africa) and Tomas Enge (Team Czech Republic) had major struggles for pace, winding up 18th and 21st respectively.
