Dalziel makes Toyota Atlantic team switch

Scot Ryan Dalziel will drive for reigning Toyota Atlantic champions Hylton Motorsports for the final two rounds of the season starting at Montreal, Canada, this weekend

Dalziel, who competed in British F3 last year, has driven for Michael Shank Racing so far this season, taking second place on his debut in Mexico, as well as a further six top 10 finishes. He's currently fifth in the Rookie of the Year standings and hopes a change of team will allow him to make an even greater impact on the series.

"With two races to go, I know that I have the best possible opportunity to win by joining Hylton Motorsports," he said. "There is a lot of chemistry in this team, this group has worked together for a long time and they are proven winners. I have not been in a situation like this in quite a while and I am extremely excited about it."

Dalziel partners Hylton regular Ryan Hunter-Reay at Montreal and the final round of the championship at Denver a week later.
