At the end of lap six, Rosenqvist is now two seconds ahead and has just set the fastest lap.
Rosenqvist has now extended his lead to 1.5s.
Giovinazzi is now fifth and is flying - he's just set the fastest lap of the race.
Sims tries to pass Leclerc at Lisboa but this time the Van Amersfoort driver doesn't lose a place.
Meanwhile Giovinazzi is now up to sixth.
Now Sims is right on the back of Leclerc as Rosenqvist and MacLeod pull away slightly.
The slipstream on the long run to the first proper corner counted against the leader.
But Leclerc has now been mobbed by Rosenqvist and MacLeod into Lisboa and drops to third.
Green flag
Leclerc goes for it and has a small gap over Rosenqvist.
Leclerc is now backing the pack up as the safety car approaches the pits.

At the time of the red flag, Giovinazzi had made some progress and was up to eighth from 10th on the grid.
Yu Kanamuru was also caught up in the drama and looks to be another retirement.

Race is due to be resumed in about seven minutes.
So, at the time of the red flag Leclerc was leading from Rosenqvist, MacLeod, Sims, Pommer and Sette Camara.
All the drivers involved in the crash seem to be out of their cars and the track is now being swept of debris.
The cars have been brought into the pitlane rather than lining up on the grid.
Looks like Menezes, Tveter and Takaboshi were involved.
Red flag
Massive shunt on the exit of Fishermen's bend.
But not for long, Leclerc is back ahead at Lisboa. Great racing from the top two, with MacLeod closing.
Rosenqvist gets the lead back at Reservoir though!
Rosenqvist feared he would lose out at the start and sure enough he is now second.
Brilliant move by Leclerc round the outside of Rosenqvist at Lisboa to take the lead!
MacLeod has passed Sims for third, but everyone through Mandarin cleanly.
Rosenqvist gets a good start but Leclerc stays with him.

Lights out, and the race is underway!
Swede Rosenqvist leads the field off the grid. All 27 cars seem to start without trouble.
So, the grid is being cleared and the cars are about to set off on the formation lap.
At the back will be three other drivers who got caught up in Juncadella's crash yesterday. Alexander Albon, Ryan Tveter and Callum Ilott will have a lot of work to do today.
Alongside Rosenqvist at the front will be Charles Leclerc, while it is an all British second row with F3 veteran Alexander Sims lining up ahead of Sam MacLeod.
Juncadella, meanwhile, will not be taking part today with his tub too badly damaged.
