Honda hopes that bike will Aspar's 2015 pair Eugene Laverty and Nicky Hayden, plus Cardion rider Karel Abraham and LCR's new boy Jack Miller, to do the sort of underdog things Aleix Espargaro has been doing on the Open Yamaha in 2014.
Those performances do seem to have had a lot to do with Espargaro, though... Colin Edwards and Alex de Angelis haven't flown on the Forward Yamaha.
