A few laps of a twisty course with a lot of asphalt in it wasn't the most representative, but it did underline that Andreas Mikkelsen is enjoying having his hands on the latest Volkswagen Polo after driving the 2014 car in the four '15 rallies so far:

Stage two of the Rally of Portugal begins in a moment, and we'll also have coverage of the first Monaco GP2 race and final practice for the Indianapolis 500 later.

WRC - Portugal News coming out of Portugal this morning, there has been a fire on the Ponte de Lima stage. Our man on the ground David Evans explains:

"The big news this morning is about a fire in the middle of the Ponte de Lima stage.

"It's reported that more than 100 fireman attended an overnight blaze which is now under control.

"There remains lot of smoke in the area, but the organisers say it will not affect the running of the first stage."
