"A lot better than the morning, a lot closer than we want to be," says Evans.
We now have everyone down to Sordo (eighth in the order) either in or through the stage.
Hold up - the timing screens do not deceive us, Stephane Lefebvre is fastest of all through the first split!
"I was a bit lost before, I just need to find myself," says Breen at the stage end.
Mikkelsen was still up through the second split on his team-mate, but comes through 1.5s slower than Breen in the end.
While we catch up briefly, here's a stage guide for you - courtesy of DMACK World Rally Team driver Osian Pryce and his co-driver Dale Furniss.

SS15 Baranowo (9.66 miles)
This stage is a really important one for Dale and I – we’ve had a few punctures in here in the past. Ott [Tanak] had the same last time. If it’s wet this one will really cut up and leave a good few rocks around just under the surface. If you catch one of those rocks at the wrong angle, it can knock a tyre off the rim in no time. This one was a crucial stage last time out and – even though the organisers have worked on the layout of the stage, turning the thing around a little bit – I reckon it could be the same this year.
First split time in from Breen is 3m13.1s. Mikkelsen and Evans are also in the stage now.
Ogier says driving with a load of his Fiesta's aero missing shows how strong its influence is on these cars: "It's really bad actually because there were a couple of jobs where we were completely flying and had no control."
Strong pace from Latvala on this one so far, he's fastest of all at split two.
Ogier reaches the finish and can now take his battered Ford to service. He's only seventh quickest so does lose a touch more time to Sordo, who he now trails by 6.8s in sixth overall.
The leaders' first splits are in and Neuville is 3.3s faster than Tanak - which provisionally puts him on course to narrowly reclaim the rally lead as they started this one 3.1s apart.
That wasn't a great time from Sordo, he's 10.6s slower than the marker team-mate Paddon has just put in and had no explanation beyond not being very confident in his pace notes.
Ogier's pace is a bit better on this stage, though that's a relative term as he's 7s off Paddon. But he is going a little faster than Sordo, who is the first man he needs to get back past.
Sordo, whose first split isn't stunning, Paddon and Ogier are now onto the stage.
Lefebvre is now fastest on the stage so far, and that's brought his advantage over Ostberg - who made a mistake under braking - up to 9.6s in the fight for eighth.
Evans says that stage contained more mud than he was expecting - not a good thing for the DMACKs - and that he stalled at one point too.
He still did a time 14s quicker than Evans and closed the gap in the battle for 11th to 20.5s.
Mikkelsen confesses that he sailed past a junction and into a field in a fast section, bringing an electric fence back with him. Whoops.
Of the next batch of cars, Lefebvre is the pacesetter on the splits and looking set to pull further away from Ostberg and cement his eighth place. Hanninen continues to lose time.
Well, we said 'straight on to...' but SS14 hasn't quite started yet and its revised start time was two minutes ago.
SS13 summary:

* Ogier loses another place to Sordo in his damaged car
* Tanak's lead over Neuville shrinks a touch to 3.1s
* Latvala falls away in third with a "weird feeling" and oil-soaked car
* Nursing an engine worry, Hanninen drops from eighth to 10th
SS13 RESULTS

Leading stage times:

1 Paddon 7m24.1s
2 Neuville +1.4s
3 Tanak +1.8s
4 Lefebvre +1.9s
5 Mikkelsen +2.6s
6 Evans +3.9s
7 Latvala +4.0s
8 Ostberg +5.2s

Overall leaderboard:

1 Tanak
2 Neuville +3.1s
3 Latvala +9.4s
4 Paddon +39.9s
5 Sordo +1m16.9s
6 Ogier +1m22.5s
7 Suninen +1m44.2s
8 Lefebvre +2m05.9s
9 Ostberg +2m11.6s
10 Hanninen +2m14.4s
11 Evans +2m37.7s
12 Mikkelsen +3m12.3s
And both Neuville and Tanak are slower than stage winner Paddon.
Neuville is quicker than Tanak, but only by 0.4s, so Tanak's lead remains 3.1s.
So Tanak had a 3.3s lead over Neuville heading onto this stage, what's it going to be now...?
Latvala was only sixth fastest so far, and there was a lot of oil on his Toyota. He says there's a "weird feeling" about the car, and he's now 9.4s behind Tanak. It's becoming a two-way fight for the lead...
Neuville is fighting back - he's 1.1s faster than Tanak at the split.
Meanwhile in the lead pack, Latvala is 0.2s faster than Tanak at the split and we're awaiting a time from Neuville.
Ogier comes in 13.4s off the pace set by Paddon, and he's dropped 5.6s behind Sordo into what will be sixth overall.
Is Ogier's damage hampering him on this stage too? He's lost another 7s to Paddon at the first split and he's on course to drop behind Sordo into sixth.
Paddon will be hard-pressed to get up with the podium battle though, as there's a half-minute gap between him and the three-way fight for the lead.
Hanninen hints that there's a problem brewing in his Yaris.

"I need to stay at quite high revs," he explains. "We know about it, but there's not much we can do."
Hanninen comes in slowest so far, 12.8s down on Lefebvre, and that drops him two places in the overall order - from eighth to 10th behind Lefebvre and Ostberg.
Mikkelsen is next in and beats Breen's time by 3.6s, but the interesting thing here is that Evans is going a bit quicker than Mikkelsen at the split - reversing the recent trend of Mikkelsen closing in on the DMACK Ford.
Breen, who is now up to 20th overall, kicks us off with a benchmark of 7m30.3s.
This is what to expect from the third of this morning's four stages, as described by BRC leader Osian Pryce and his co-driver Dale Furniss:

SS13 Goldap (9.16 miles)

This is one of the classics on the Rally Poland route, a stage which we really enjoyed the first time we did it and have done ever since.

It flows beautifully with a mix of wide and narrow roads and even the short Tarmac section in the middle doesn't seem to spoil it at all.

The one thing I noticed compared with previous years was the fast section, which seemed looser than in previous years.
SS12 summary:

* Tanak takes the rally lead back from Neuville despite spinning!
* Ogier hits a rock, damages his car and falls to fifth behind Paddon
* Mikkelsen loses some ground in his pursuit of Evans for 11th with an excursion
